I got a used car in excellent condition. The financing process was a little tricky because I came in with my own lender, and that made the process clunky. I worked with Justin, he was quick to respond to all of my messages and helped me along the way.

Typical bait and switch dealership.
They keep the online price low but then $5K of dealers add on which has absolutely no value.
Avoid this place and save your time and $$

Purchased a Hyundai Palisades and got the initial help that we needed but when it comes to follow up on the dealership side they are a 3 out of 10 you call and leave messages and they do not respond. All I ask for is one key that they didn't provide and a owner's manual for the vehicle and I just got to run around.

so the price now shows on gurus as $32k !!!
BUT, it was listed for #27,800...AND when you google search...it shows up that way... and then flips you into the $32K NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL !!
So, we went down there after calling & a salesman said it was $27k --- BUT THEN HE SAID THE INTERNET Girl made a mistake on your posting price !!
AND then.... there was some type of $7,200 INSURANCE on his paper price quote !! Then the car wasnt ready to test drive !!!
SO---THREE STRIKES OF PROBLEMS... & THEY ARE OUT !!!!
(Just read the YELP comments, they are so true )
Mr Lim... the owner ... should be ashamed of these issues.

When I contacted the dealer I advised I would be there in weekend. I was unable to make Saturday and talked to fleet Mgr on Sunday. He advised he is not in and to speak to another person. I arrived and car was not available, so I left.

Sells person, Rick Strong, help me purchase this car. He personally
walked me through the entire process and made it extremely easy
for me. He had the car prepared and with a full tank of gas. He
walked me through all of the accessories and made the car more
familiar for me before I left. Rick was completely professional and
made my purchase of the vehicle a great experience. Purchasing
this car through South Bay Hyundai saved me $3500 compared to
my local dealership.

They were dishonest and lied about the Hyundai Veracruz I wanted to buy. I was told it was still for sale when in fact it had sold two weeks before I drove 4 hours to buy it. Then they tried to get me to buy another Hyundai for more money. After telling me they would sell the newer one at the same price. The internet manager was named Jin. I asked him the night before I drove down, you are trying to trick me into buying another car are you. He said, no. But that is what happen after driving 4 hours. I could not believe it. And the manager I called a day later and explained everything that had happen, said he would look into it and call me back. He never did and I knew he would not. They are crooks.

These guys will work with you as far as price, car model, downpayment, monthly payments and they're so patient. I think I gave them a headache. However they were excellent to me.

Bait and switch dealer. They posted a Hyundai Limited, I called to make sure it
was there, and when I arrived they wouldn't show me the car and said the car
didn't exist.
This dealership tried to trick me into coming in by displaying a car they
didn't have under a false VIN number. When I emailed asking if the
specific car displayed was still available, they responded with trying to
schedule me an appointment. It was not until I did my research and let
them know that the VIN number was actually filed online to a different car
that they came clean about the car having been sold. Didn't appreciate
their shady tactics

They did respond via email. We were 200 miles away, and decided we were not interested enough to travel to look at the car.
