after at least 6 messages sent from dealership to come test drive the vehicle we were interested in we drove over 1 1/2 hrs, with an appt. We arrived and were told car was not driveable! Not one of their staff thought of letting us know ahead of time so we wouldn't waste our time.

Quick response by online sales. He looked for used car i was interested in. It had just come in and he said it was still be evaluated and detailed prior to going on the lot. He said he'd call me when it was available, and he did. Set up a date to look at it with sales person who took the car in since he knew the previous owner and history. Thought that was a smart move. Test drove, received lots of info, answered questions, but no pressure. Have to say I do like to haggle a bit but this is a simple, straight forward pricing model. In comparison to other models in the area, it was a decent price. There were others further away, but I didnt want to travel several hours and was uncomfortable buying online sight unseen. Was a good experience, no issues with being a single female. Darrell and others were good to deal with, and others were accessible if needed. I didnt pick up car yet, so will update if anything changes my opinion.

I had a really great experience with this dealership. I worked with Mitch and Chad and they were wonderful. This was my first big car purchase and they listened to my needs and got me the perfect car. It’s been about a month and I love it!

Alex was very nice and helpful. Although I end up not getting the car, Alex was very informative and was upfront with what has been done with the car. Almost went with the car but found a better deal somewhere else.

The car I was interested in was under contract before the day was out and the dealer let me know this, thus avoiding a nearly 200 mile trip I
had scheduled to see the car which, unfortunately, was no longer available.

I inquired about the vehicle availability advertised. They reached out right away to assist, and said the truck was in stock and availabe. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle and therfore did not visit this dealer.

Was hard to get someone to help me at first and then to negotiate a deal. Walked away due to 400 dollar difference. Bought a different car within a week and finally had a follow up text over a week later. Guess they didn't want to sell the car.

I called the dealer to insure they still had available I went to the dealer ready to purchase , I was assured the car was on the lot ready for purchase. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, stood around waiting for service, finally a salesperson asked if he could help, I showed him the ad of the car I wanted to buy, then we went on a snipe hunt trying to find a car that didn't exist. After 45 minutes he tells me the car must be sold but they have others that are sinilar. I was not impressed. 2 weeks later I get a phone call from anothe r salesperson asking if I was still interested, I told him the story. I bought another fusion at another dealer the same day.

Took a while for them to get in touch, meanwhile, found the
car I was looking for somewhere else.
The car we were interested in was selling for more than kelly blue book and even though it was very nice, not all the electronics were functioning. They were unwilling to work with us, took the car off cargurus.com for a couple of days and then re-listed it for MORE money. Terriable experience, wouldn't go back. Wyn could've cared less if he sold us the car or not and we had cash! We found the exact same car for the price we wanted elsewhere.
