I had a really positive experience with Solid Rock Auto! I found my dream used minivan at a great price and Dan and the crew went above and beyond to take care of any concerns I had. They are an awesome team and I'm so glad I chose to buy my Sienna from them. They also have an impressive collection of Star Wars memorabilia that you can view while waiting for paperwork to process.
Car was nice and we test drove it, however, when it came time to decide on a purchase, we still wanted time to look at a couple other vehicles at other dealerships. That's when the pressure to buy his vehicle began. We felt like we had to explain and justify why we weren't buying his car. In the end, we bought a car elsewhere.

WE apologize that this customer felt that we had a high pressure sales but as we did the following things per their request so we brought the vehicle in our service department and provided additional undercarriage pictures then we agreed to stay late after hours for their appointment so when they came back after the test drive and had 00 complaints we ask them a very straight forward question if it is the car you want and per their own testimony drove the best out of all they had driven then why are you not purchasing our vehicle in which they stated they wanted to look at some others but rea

As we respond to this review we want to share some facts we Agreed Before this sale to take 1500 dollars off of our Great advertised price for him to get a gooseneck hitch put in then agreed to meet him on a day we are closed as a convince to him, regrettably the check engine light did come on and truck did go in limp mode which we gladly got our scanner and pulled the codes and called his mechanic which confirmed it was the injector harness which is 98 dollars from the dealer and 2 hours to install we offered to either repair it for him or discount the money for the repair. Good people
Dan and his crew at Solid Rock Auto Group are top notch in both customer service, and making sure you get the best value on a quality used vehicle. I went looking there to look at several vehicles, and Dan took the time to help me figure out which one suited my needs. And if there are any initial issues with any of the vehicles, Dan makes sure he gets them road ready and running right! That's why I keep going back for good value, quality used vehicles. Can't say enough about their commitment to doing the right thing, ALWAYS!

I called on a Friday to make sure they had the vehicle and told him I would be able to come with a check from my bank on Monday as I was using my bank for the loan. I also told him I was coming from Mishawaka, Indiana which is a 5hr trip to thier location in Ohio and he reassured me that he would hold the vehicle till I got there. I was pleased that he held his word but I was very disappointed that the owner didnt inform me that it was leaking oil from a rusted oil pan that his mechanic put flex seal or some type of silicone caulk all over the pan to try and prevent it from leaking, which didnt fix the issue. On top of that I only made it out the dealerships parking lot to find out that the whole front end vibrated so fiercely that it looked like the whole dash was gonna pop up. So I pulled over to check to see why and that's when I crawled under and found the oil pan rotted and the sealant trying to stop it. Highly upset that I wasted 10hrs drive time and $160 on gas and tolls.

We unfortunately had this truck repaired at a third party facility and they said they had fixed the oil pan we were not aware that they had only silicone it we did apologize to Jeffrey and offered to take 1000 dollars off to make the necessary repair we regret this happened and that it was a bad experience we have since corrected the vehicle at the Dodge dealer with a new oil pan and a new u joint that was causing the vibration. We again offer our apology for this bad experience.

Ever since we moved to the area, I have done all my car shopping with Solid Rock. They are a family run business with honesty, integrity and a personal touch you don't get with other dealerships. They have given me great deals on repairs as a loyal customer of theirs, and they do business right. Trust Silas and Dan- they are good men.
I have been dealing with this company for over 6 years now, and I will not buy from anybody else. The entire staff is friendly and they make you feel welcomed. They appreciate your business and are honest. There is NO haggling and no pressure. You get the best deals here at a bottom line price. If you purchase a vehicle at Solid Rock, you will not be disappointed.

We bought our truck from Solid Rock one week ago. It was a good experience, Silas was great to deal with, gave me an honest answer to all my questions before we drove out. There are no high pressure sales people or schemes here just a friendly father and son team. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great dealer I have now purchased a truck and a car through them, they are both great vehicles and any questions I had they answered any issues that the vehicle may have had not that there
was any major issues in the first place were taken care of before the vehicles even left the lot. Dan and Silas take great care of their customers. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealer

I had a great experience working with Rock Solid auto group. Even though I did not buy the truck I went to look at they had a few more trucks to show me. After a couple of test drives I did end up buying a really nice F-150 extended cab truck for a good price. Thank you Rock Solid Auto Group.

Absolutely the beat car buying experience I have had. I drove almost 3 hours from Columbus area to purchase a truck and would do it again in a heartbeat. Dan and his son are great and you can tell they truly do care about the customer and aren't just there to push people through. They take their time and explain every detail and option. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle. Dan and Silas did not pressure us in any way and were nothing but honest in all matters of the car. It is a small Christian family business that tries their best with all of their customers. They provide honest and beneficial business. The newly opened mechanic shop has been very useful to me. Fantastic experience at Solid Rock Auto Group. Very helpful sales staff with absolutely no pressure at all. Fastest finance paperwork I've ever seen. I would not hesitate to go back for my next purchase. Purchased a 2008 F-250 Super Duty XLT, 4x4.
The jeep wasn't green, it was dark gray . Went there, ask to look at the jeep
, guy said go ahead it's unlocked & he would be out when he was finished
up with the person he was dealing with, so i checked it out. I saw the
person leave. waited for 10 min, never came out , so i left. nice guy, just to
busy i guess.

I went to Dan and Silas at Solid Rock Auto Group to buy my used car. 2013 Subaru crosstrek. I love the car very clean and nice car. If it wasn't for going to Dan I would of not been able to get financed. They are a great used car dealership, no pressure environment and I will always go back to them.

Do you know what states the vehicle had been mostly owned in? Is it a Southern Jeep or has it spent it’s career in the north?
Do you know what the gear ratio is ? 3.21? 3.73? 4.10?
Do you know doe the jeep have Satellite radio?
Is there any accident history?
If my wife decides to come test drive and try to work a deal she will be trading in her 2012 Ford Fusion SE that is in Good Condition with 107,000 miles on it.
Last She wants to know if you will take $14,500 for the Jeep.

Dan got right back to me. I got a good description of the car and went out in
3 days to test drive. I bought the car that day. So far pleased with car. I had
a question about a bad tire and also when to expect the title. I have
contacted Solid Rock 3 times. No response. Very disappointed in after sale
