Responded very quickly via email to my inquiry, and I was test driving the next day. It was a very nice and friendly experience for me.

Slow to take down listing after selling, never contacted again about additional inventory.

Would give a lower score if I could. I'm 2 hours away. Contacted sales man that my wife and I were on our way to test drive a truck. After driving 1.5 hours, the sales man called and another sales person took a deposit over the phone for the truck we were going to test drive. So we turned around and went home. Next day the salesman called, people who put deposit down couldn't get financed. I went with option #2. My reasoning, diesel is more expensive than gas. DEF is $12 for 2 gal or more at any gas station if they don't sell it at the pump. Gasoline engine is cheaper than a diesel at this time of higher prices.

Kept in contact with me. Making sure any questions I had were answered very promptly and continue to check with me as to how my vehicle search is going. They've been great!!

This vehicle did not work out but the Salesman recommended a different one. Although I didn't respond to him for about 7 days he was patient and worked hard for me. Amazing experience, Amazing Price! Won't find better people and I am over 3 hours away from them.

Contacted them at 9:00 am delivered the Jeep at 2:30pm great customer service. Only negative was the vehicle had some serious mud issues but I guess I didn’t give them a lot of time to clean!!

Not much for me as the Van i was looking for was sold as it said first come first serve , but it was being held for someone to get the money . So they got the money and it was sold even though i had the cash .
