They seek to not know what they are talking about. It took a week to get 3 sets of paperwork and none of them were correct. After having to hold their hand for the entirety of creating the paperwork, it was still not correct in the slightest. Their ways didn’t make sense at all. After the week of fighting with them and trying to figure out paperwork they had a “system error” that was going on for3 days. I just gave up and took my business somewhere else.

They responded quickly
Those guys are awesome, and down to
earth. They literally had everything done
for me before I arrived. They didn't make
me feel like just another customer, we
talked and talked and engaged in everyday
conversation, as if I wasn't there to buy a
car lol it was a great experience, they were
very professional. And the vehicle was in
prime condition, I got home to pa and had
the vehicle inspected , there literally was
nothing wrong at all. I was in shock and
awe for day's,i think I still am lol. I will be
returning to VA for another car buying
experience like the one i had at smart ford.

Dealer was quick to contact but the vehicle I purchased had the wrong size tire on one of the wheels, missing skid plate, rear brakes squeal extremely bad, and now the car has excessive white smoke pouring out of the exhaust and it smells terrible. Also there was an aftermarket blow off valve on the car that I was not aware of when buying the car which voided the warranty from Honda

Very good I purchased the Mini love it
Dealer was outstanding. I dealt with Rachyle and she communicated very well and promptly, and was very accommodating. The owner of
the dealership was actively involved with the purchase instead of staying behind a closed door like you see at most dealerships. This was a 2
hour drive for me and I would drive 2 hours again to buy my next car there...they were outstanding and the car was just as described. I highly
recommend this dealership and Rachyle.
