Could not work with them. I was not offered a fair amount for my 2017 Lincoln that is in very good condition. I was offered at least $3000 less than the value of my vehicle, while they were asking too $$$$ for theirs. Would not recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was extremely disappointed that an offer wad pulled out from underneath me the day i was putting a down payment to hold the vehicle. I had an agreed upon price with the salesperson after a week of negotiating. I was told the paperwork would be started the next morning since i wasn’t able to pick the vehicle up until the end of the month since i live 2.5 hours away. I get notified early the next morning that the vehicle is sold because someone is physically present to buy it at the asking price. Would it have been too much to let the potential buyer there know the car was pending sale and to notify me first so i could immediately give the deposit? What would have been the harm in that? Plus the price dropped $400 overnight so the agreed upon price I had and what it sold for was $188.00. Was it worth losing integrity and trust with a customer for $188.00?

Person handling internet was totally disconnected from what was on the lot. Truck was not there when I drove 2 hours. Visited twice. Sales person i met was professional and helpful. Truck was much more badly worn than described online. Internet person needs to talk to sales more often and actually look at the vehicles themselves.

I sent an E-mail and called the dealership. The sales rep who received the E-mail answered when I called, he stated he received my info and was ready to return my call. We made arrangements and I traveled approx 70 miles to view the car. The vehicle is everything the salesman said it was. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was not pushy, it was a good experience. I purchased the car that day.

It was very good. We drove to see the car and we bought it. The dealer was very nice and helpful. The process was simple and their finance department did a nice job in arranging the financing for the car.

Great experience so far. Complicated situation as I am roughly 8-1/2 hours from dealership. Have not finalized the deal yet but we're close. Would not have gotten anywhere near this point without a very responsive person on the other end. Robert has been that person. He has been very helpful with all my requests and seems to understand the situation from my perspective and has been very patient. Whether we end up closing this deal or not, I would still highly recommend anyone doing business with this dealership based on my experiences.

Offered $29,000 for the truck which was listed on car guru for $28,989. Salesman said they sometimes raise their prices and the price was now $30,559. Salesman took the offer to the manager and the offer was declined with no counter offer. Considering the mileage was high for a 2015 and there were a couple of cosmetic items I thought $29,000 was a fair price. I don't know if it was a case of bait and switch (in this case the price) or what but, Smail doesn't seem like the kind of dealership anyone would want to do business with. Salesman did email me a week later asking me how I wanted to proceed? Apparently thinking I would meet their asking price.

Dealer contacted me (a few too many times) about the car. I did a test drive and noted a large problem with the removable roof. Dealer tried to convince me it was an easy fix. My response was if that is so, fix it, and call me later. They agreed to fix the issue. No response from them yet, but it has only been 2 working days. In general I'd rate them as good so far.

No one helped us at first until we were ready to leave. Then we had a nice gentleman helping but he wasn't willing to spend the time to help us find which car worked best for us. We ended up getting a brand new vehicle a fee days later that Smail could have sold us if they would have spent the time to try.
