I did end up purchasing a vehicle here... I would say my experience was neutral. It took 2 trips to the dealer because the first time they pushed me to a higher priced car and basically wasted the day. Second trip was much more efficient and the manager was able to move on the price to where I wanted needed to be. Salesman was nice as well, he just was new and knew nothing about the type of vehicle I was buying. Kind of the equivalent of buying a steak from a vegetarian.

Very nice, had jeep cleaned up and waiting for us when we arrived. Salesman not pushy and very helpful. Girl that did the paperwork was very pushy and we did not enjoy that experience. We were rolling over her loan to our credit union. So she lies to us and said we needed to wait at least 3 months because the title can get lost.......(so she gets her commision)

They responded back timely. I spk w several different ppl, even recvd email several times from 3 different ppl, but 1 salesman had my name wrong emailing someone name Alex. I really wanted Buick Enclave was willing to drive 4 hrs to pick it up but they were not willing to negotiate cash price, even though i showed them 2 other Enclaves w same mileage and package but $2000 cheaper went down $300 for me a Women, but male called and they negotiated 13,500. I hope this truck stays there for a long time. They are being Greedy. Do your research you can find same Enclave for $ 2 Grand cheaper. Don't Buy...

I drove to smail later that day loved the car.Rob worked a fantastic deal .I drove off that day in my like New used Impala.
