Beware of this scam dealership. Tried to buy a car from them online. After negotiating and we finally agreed on a price. They sent me an offer via text message and I accepted that offer in less than 24 hours. After waiting a few hours for them to respond they finally texted me back saying oh now they had someone else coming to look at the car and they would let me know if it sold. Now I'm under the impression you made me an offer and I accepted now you want to try to sell it to someone else. They told me that they would still sell it to me but now it would be for full asking price. So if you're like me and looking to buy a car to have shipped just steer clear of this dealership they like to play games and scam you after making an offer.

After emailing back and fourth for a week. I never received documents I requested sevral times prior to driving 5hrs out of my way. When asked if I was still going to dealership I said no because of lack of response to my requests and their answer was they "forgot".

Used car was smoky. Knew I was coming from OOT, but wasn't ready to go. Issues with blower motor, who knows what else. Bought newer Blazer (2021 with fewer miles for $2k more) from different dealer.

They did contact me 1 time asking for information. I gave them all the information they requested, but never heard back from them? Even after 2 more communications..they didn’t reply back.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealer. Their salesman Terrel, and the new care manager, will stand alone keep everyone coming back to Skyway. I have the utmost respect for these two guys and have told everyone I know about them.

I talk to them over the phone at least twice to confirm the price and make an appointment for the following morning to see and test drive truck.The Following morning my son arrived to test drive truck for me and they said they had quoted the price wrong. Even though I had asked twice to make sure the price was right and make sure it had the options I wanted. The least they could’ve done was called and canceled the appointment due to error. They tried to show him a 2017 truck and that was not it all what I wanted. I have not received an apology but I would not recommend them and I know my family will not be doing business with them

Totally dishonest dealer, advertised price has nothing to do with what they try to sell cars for. Won’t take more pictures to send so obviously hiding something or just plain lazy!

Was in contact with about 4-5 different people, all who don’t know what each other are doing.....(left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing) , was in the middle of getting pictures and info,...when 1 of the 4 Who were in contact with me said it was pending a sale, etc etc, then they claim it sold 15 minutes later, when it’s still advertised? Unprofessional and ridiculous communication, amateurs at best. (Don't troll people just to make a sale)

Not impressed! Took three or four emails to get response to questions asked upon first contact. Finally got answer when they sent me picture of original window sticker for vehicle and that ended my search with this dealer.

It’s been a week since I made the request for more info on a vehicle and still haven’t received any info or the pictures I requested. It’s fine because I have moved on to a different dealership, but just seems weird that they haven’t put forth any effort to get my business.
