Since we lived 3 hours away. Told them when we were coming, they saved the car for us
to look at. When we decided to purchase it--- other buyers who had test drove it that day
called and asked if we were buying it because they wanted it. So glad we didn't drive all
that way for nothing! Very appreciative of that. The guys at the dealer were very nice and
helpful! So great dealer to work with!!

I feel as if this dealer profiled me and did not in no way give me fair treatment saying that I needed 50% down payment because I had bad credit and it was stopping me when evidently it’s a bad credit program I was applying through the main guy was cocky and in now way wanting to help me as soon as I walked in he physically looked me up and down from my arms then face I have a lot of tattoos I’m no dummy and was short with me but the salesman who went with me to test drive was excellent

Need to get their system figured out. Inquired about it. Was told I was the first and offered to go that day but I as told it wasn’t ready yet. 20 minutes later was told it had a credit app on it and was sold.

terrible. i've looked at a car at a dealership that stank like mice droppings. that was almost as impressive as
them saying 'only minor accident', and yet the hood, and both front fenders were replaced, painted, and not
even clear coated... oh yeah, then theres the fact that the transmission leaks, and they were aware of it, yet
didn't do anything about it, and tried to gloss over it as 'transmission residue mentioned in the service notes'.
what a joke. i drove 6 hours to look at overpriced junk, and to listen to a deceptive saleman. if he'd have been
honest about the condition of the car, i wouldn't be feeling like he tried to take advantage of me.

They were quick to respond and some of the salespeople were polite while others were very rude. I schedule a test drive for the vehicle and everything was in place but when I got there (I drove 1 1/2 hours) they told me the vehicle was still in their trade-in process. I left my information at the dealership and they said they would contact me as soon as the car was on the lot and that they would hold it for me as I was driving out of state but they never did. I had a test drive schedule and everything for the week after. Today I called to see if everything was still in place but they just let me know that the vehicle was sold. I ask the salesperson about the situation and what they first promised but she just said in a rude way that it was sold and that was it, no more explanations or anything. It was a very stressful and a waste of my time honestly. I feel bad because some of the other salespeople were very nice with the overall experience was just bad.

Used car manager said he would help finance and would hold the truck for us. He sold it before getting back to me. That sale fell through, he didn't contact us. When I finally got him to call me back, he had stopped helping with the financial end of my purchase of the truck and said he would continue. I tried to get ahold of him for 4 weeks just to find out from a salesman that the truck was not being held for us and was sold again just minutes before I talked to the salesman. Don't trust this dealership until they replace this manager.

The sales people are very nice and kept me updated when truck would be done with service and detailing but drove truck 100 miles home and had antifreeze leak and they didn't tighten the oil filter it was just leaking thank goodness it didn't spray all the oil out
This was the absolute BEST experience I’ve had buying a truck! The staff was responsive! They did everything they said they would do! The price was excellent and they gave me a fabulous trade value on my old truck! Plus they gave me a great financial rate!! I would recommend to anyone! A+!

He was honest about the car. Much appreciated
Arrived at dealer to be brusquely greeted not by the person who communicated with me by email but a ‘salesman’ who may have mentioned his name but never handed me a business card. He took my trade in for a drive and upon returning and conversing with his used car trade manager, announced the trade was worth far less than I anticipated (Black Book) He complimented me on the condition of the vehicle which I had purchased at the same location. The vehicle I was interested in was ‘unavailable’ since it was still in the ‘cleanup’ shop and I would not be able to see it. He gave me a trade price and it was kind of “take it or leave it”, (we the dealer are boss here, and if you can’t appreciate our position we can show you the door). No customer friendly skills of any kind. Went to the cleanup shop (competitive brand-same owner), saw car, and a very friendly competent younger salesman offered me a $500 better deal using a Costco coupon. I did not trade because of black interior.
I did not purchase a vehicle however every person that I spoke with at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln was very helpful. These are people that seem to genuinely care about the needs of the buyer, they do not pressure you to buy something you can't afford and they follow up with you without 'hounding'. I continue to look for a vehicle and certainly hope to find one here! I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
I received fantastic service from Lyle Hutchinson & Jorge Carmona at Sioux Falls Ford. I found a great deal on a used Subaru WRX and from the moment I contacted the dealership with my interest, I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those shopping online from another state. They'll take care of you and make sure you leave pleased with your experience there.

I called about the vehicle to make sure it was available as I was going to meet my husband on my lunch break. I was told it was still available and which location it was at and that they would contact them to let them know when we were coming. I met my husband there and it was parked out in front. We went over to start looking at it and as we started to look inside some guy came over while smoking a cigarette to tell us the vehicle is sold. It would've been nice to have been told that so I didn't waste my time. The guy was a jerk and didn't even apologize or ask if we wanted to see anything else. Needless to say we bought a vehicle somewhere else.

They contacted me right away and I was able to ask on line several questions about the vehicle. They responded back with answers to my concerns. As things progressed they put in touch with a salesman where I concluded the purchase of the vehicle. The are great people to deal with, very up front and no pressure. I feel for me that this was a positive experience.

Sometimes, even though a vehicle has "sold", there can be aspects of the process that are not completed (financing, paperwork, vehicle not picked up by customer), and that will hold the final information, leaving it in inventory. Called 2x spoke with sales lady assuring that vehicle was still available. After driving an hr and a half finding dealer the vehicle was gone!
