Worst dealer in America,please don’t go there,I am a senior citizen and they wouldn’t help me the day after I bought !the car had present damage of 1500$!the dealer would not call me!

I had been talking directly to the sales manager Darren for a week before driving 6 hours with my wife and two young children. When I arrived the X5 I had been looking to buy (and that I had brought cash for) had a broken/locked parking brake, two run flat tires with plugs and or nails visible, an oil leak on the front, and a leak underneath the transmission. If I hadn't done a physical inspection of the engine and under side, they wouldn't have said a word. It seemed as though they were offended when I found the issues. Their response was that they would not sink another dollar in to the vehicle nor would they lower the price and that they would just "sell it back at auction." I then told them I would be paying cash and they could at least lower the price. They then went to their office to "talk over" what they would do and came back at $500 off. Each of the bald run flat tires is that much. The sale manager Darren told me that the vehicle was in tip top shape and had been looked over and ALSO said they would negotiate more on the price when we drove the 6 hours. Not only was it very rough but they wouldn't even negotiate AFTER thousands of dollars of repairs were brought to their attention (like they didn't know). We wanted to buy a nice low mileage (70,000) luxury SUV and had we trusted the stereotypical sheister sleezeball used car salesmen, we would have been stuck with expensive garbage. We even offered to pay in cash what the auction would pay, but they will probably sell the car tomorrow to some poor schmuck.

Bought a used Truck in May, broke down after a week, had to contact the owner to get "fixed". Told it was fixed and a month later it broke down again with the same problem twice. Took it back and they tried giving me the run around, when I did get "help" was told I would be responsible to pay for any repairs. I haven't even made the first payment on this truck and this is how I get treated. Being told that I should have bought an extended warranty. I would expect this from some buy here pay here place but not from an actual GM Dealership. I was also told it would probably be 2 weeks before they could fix it. Stay away, this is how they treat their customers. Not to mention they tried concealing extensive rust by rhino lining the entire undercarriage. Buyer beware!!!!!
