Very prompt and very courteous dealership.

Iwe had to wait around for a sales representative, even though there were 3 other businesses men around. They pulled a representative away from another couple and was not will to look at my pre-qualification. This was in big flats/elmira. I will not be going back to that specific one.

Dealer was very responsive but tried to write a contract for 9% when I knew I qualified for 6,9. We had to rewrite the contract. The car wasn't detailed the day of signing which we drove two hours for. The car wont be ready for a week. Price was fair for the vehicle. I haven't picked it up yet though.

Josh at Simmons Rockwell was extremely responsive and a non-pressure salesman. The truck was delivered in great shape - they even replace the wipers at my request. Would definitively go back next time I need a vehicle.

I had a GREAT experience with Simmons Rockwell Dodge in Bath, NY. Luke Riggs assisted us with buying a van. He was able to get the van sent to bath from another lot in an HOUR and we bought the car that very day while he handled everything!

This dealership was awesome! They actually pointed me toward a gray Fusion with a third fewer miles for the same price and walked me through the buying process with expertise and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these fine folks to anyone interested in purchasing their next ride.

I had multiple text and emails insuring me the truck was available. Confirmed appointment to look and purchase it. They told they had to bring it from another dealership. When I asked to confirm the time the day before appointment, they said it was sold. Terrible way to do business. Extremely dissatisfied. Liars

My experience with this dealer was very bad..... i told them i wanted to purchase this vehicle and would give them a deposit.... they told me they would get the vehicle to the dealer .... the next day they told me they were selling the vehicle to someone that walked into the dealer that day !

Contacted dealer,almost immediately contacted me back,sold it that day,but another one came in,called me first ,my favorite color William and the staff were courteous , nice,professional,very laid back DId purchase ,highly recommend Simmons Rockwell Nissan drove 2 hours to see the car ,unlike a Nissan dealership in Cicero,terrible.love the rogue

Horrible experience! Terrible salesman who was completely unacceptable and had no knowledge to answer any questions asked. Vehicle had extremely unsafe tires and was filthy. Found another newer model for me and I drove 2 hours to purchase it, got there and the windshield was cracked from top to bottom and filthy also. Added extended warranty to my financing and lied right to my face about it as well as charging me a ridiculous loan rate when I have an excellent credit score. I ended up walking right out and wasting 4 hours of my day! Would never consider or recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Simmons Rockwell in Bath, NY!!!

Complete waste of time. Bait and switch. The vehicle I came to see was gone. Oddly enough the salesman showed me the SAME vehicle on his computer for $2k more.

Totally worth the journey from Sidney to Elmira! No intense pressure from sales associates; once I was ready they connected me with Joshua Lewis who was amazing. He worked really hard to get me in the best possible vehicle to meet my car needs and stay on my budget. Plus he was fun and easy-going, down to earth! Great experience, this was the 5th vehicle that I have bought from this dealer, by far the best salesman I have dealt with. Very accommodating, had no issues with me test driving 3 different vehicles.

Bill was great, he even had the car transported to the elmira location from hornell location just for me.! I really wanted this car, but didnt realize after all my surgeries when I got in it It hurt to get back out, it sat too low to the ground, I felt horrible because he had it all transferred to me plates and all and it didnt work out.

First thing they wanted to me to set appointment to look at the truck. I asked for pictures first it’s a good 45 minute drive and he sent me pictures of another truck which I never received. I asked him for pictures of the truck again never got back to me and he wanted to show me a truck that was never there. Very bad sales

Made an appointment to go look at the truck and when we got there it had a couple of days prior. The dealer did call but waited until an hour prior to our appointment so, we drove all the way there which is over an hour away.

Simmons is selling this truck at a good price, but being3 hours away and th restrictions I can’t get a value on my trade. I would do the deal if I only knew how muck they would give me for my truck

I reached out to Simmons Rockwell, as they had a truck I was very interested in. I spoke to TJ, a salesman, who seemed a little rude and arrogant over the phone. After explaining my situation and hoping he could help, he commented that he, “is a lot more busy than people think” because of the shutdown, and insinuated that I was wasting his time. He did not seem very willing or eager to help, despite me assuring him that I was ready to move forward with a specific truck. I asked if he would price out my trade for me. He told me to send all of the trade information over. Despite reaching out twice, he still has yet to respond to any messages. I understand they may be busy, but I did not appreciate being treated the way I did on my initial phone call. Because of that, I decided to take my business elsewhere and purchase a truck from another dealer.

Would have been nice to know they sold it before driving 1 hour one way to look at it guess it mind over matter they didn’t mind because I didn’t matter

Didn’t end up buying the truck it sold before I could make it down but the salesman was extremely accommodating on his day off.

I was contacted and met with Phil Tracy at Simmons- Rockwell in Hornell NY. He had the car ready for me to see and test drive. While I liked the car I wanted one a bit bigger. He showed me a 2019 Rogue. Bit bigger and hit all my bells and whistles. At a price I was willing to pay. End result was I bought the car that day and came home with it. 100% happiness for me. Phil did an awesome job.

Very very poor. Asked why there were only stock photos and they said car wasn't in yet. Asked when it would be in for a test drive and never heard back from them. I can't understand the point of using stock photos. It is NOT what you are getting. Extremely vacant reasoning behind this busioness practice. Still haven't gotten back to me

We previously went to Simmons Rockwell to see about trading in our old vehicle for a newer model. Unfortunately they don't really negotiate or give good money for trades. We left disappointed the first time. We saw this truck and decided to give them another chance because the price on this truck was really good and we had ended up selling our old vehicle on our own so we had a cash down payment when we went back. Dealer responded really quickly and was in contact with me all day. They located the vehicle we wanted to buy and had it delivered to the store we were headed to, cleaned it up and had it ready when we got there. We purchased the truck that night and drove it home fully registered and insured. I was surprised how fast and easy it was. Dealer and financing guy were straight forward, many other dealers we had worked with were full of BS and typical car salesman games. There was none of that nonsense at Simmons Rockwell. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

Jason was helpful and efficient. He got us pre-approved before we drove there. When we arrived he had our paperwork in order and the car ready to be test driven. There were some scratches on the drivers side, which he took to Service and had buffed out. He also worked with the finance manager to make the payments within our budget. He is a genuinely nice person and that meant a lot to us. We drove 2 hours to purchase this vehicle and it was well worth it.
