Reached out to dealer about vehicle I was interested in and Nicholas Samuels did not allow me to pay $1,000.00 for vehicle to be held. Car was sold 2 days later. I provided lots of information for this experience to be a bad one. I don’t recommend patronizing this dealership.

I can’t really say much because I only received a text message and that was about it. when other dealers has called me and really try to work with me and figure out what am I looking for in a vehicle, but I didn’t get to really engage in any conversations so I can’t really rate the way I want to but for a text message I guess I’ll give them a three out of five thank you for letting me Give my opinion.

One star is being generous. Terrible experience overall - I made plans to see a car and got a quote over the phone for a trade on my car. The used 2019 G63 they showed me was damaged in the rear. Dealer never mentioned this to me prior. At the dealership they said they would fix the rear damage but the following day they took back that offer. The trade in offer I received over the phone was also very inflated vs what they offered me at the dealership. Overall terrible experience. Wasted 3hrs + of my day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

People were great but there was a big hubbub about accepting a
personal check which is never happened to me before I have
purchased 4 cars on cargurus and numerous cars from dealers
and my personal check has always been fine,
however SiverStar really put me through the finger on this and it
took over four hours for us to come to the deal on site if it wasn’t
that the people were so kind and accommodating once I was
there and where able to accept my check
They thoroughly went over the car showed my wife how to use all
the features.
The car was exactly as it was represented. and there was no
goofing around on price

Car was not ready and I had to drive to an auto body shop to see the car. Customer parking was terrible. Finally they broke the key of my car, and management didn’t show up.

They sent clear car fax. Drive over an hour to see car and it was in service Dept for repair and paint work from accident. And overall in poor condition. Salesman told me car was perfect and certified.
Also, spoke to salesman 4x before going. Even 1 hour before. And when arrived they said did not know where car was. Said have other (more $) available instead. Poor service from a name brand dealer. Will never go back. Wasted day

Especially Giuseppe (sales consultant), he said to me "you don't have to buy the car if you don't like it" I had absolutely no pressure to buy a car from them, he made sure he kept in touch with me through the whole process,he understood what I wanted in my car and my budget! Genesis from internet sales was absolutely lovely. After sending my email, her follow up was prompt and she put me in touch with Herman Anyangwe internet sales manager immediately. The communciation from email, phone, and text were on point. I was treated with courtesy at all times. I was truly impressed. Herman introduced me to Chris Yee a product specialist in the CPO department who was kind, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. Chris and Ed his manager went above and beyond, met my expectations, and then some. AWESOME TEAM. Bob the finance manager was very pleasant and understanding. The two young men from delivery were AMAZING!!!!. The young man Gary was a gem! I wanted to pack them up and take them with me. Great teamwork with both Gary and his colleague whose name I am forgetting but awesome none the less. Sharing my success and on Silver Star instagram page topped the experience with a cherry,and left me feeling like I was on top of the world at which point I realized the fruit of my labor.
The Silver Star team allowed me to have a GOLD STAR EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend them.
Silver Star created the connection,eased the experience, and provided me and my family with WORLD CLASS treatment.
