I was beyond impressed, I bought that 2018 Nissan Rogue , what a deal. Edgar helped me with this gem, every person went out of their way , I highly recommend and appreciate them
The dealer promptly contacted me and answered questions and even sent me a video about the car.
However, the dealership then followed up with videos of cars I was not interested in so I had to explain I
was only interested in a specific model of car. They later called and asked if I was still interested in the
initial car I had asked about but I knew they had already sold it. They seemed a little disorganized, but
very willing to work with you.

It's great working with Steven B. He gave me no hassle no bs experience. He didn't even try to
give me so called "market shortage" bs like many other dealers do trying to slap you with mark
ups. In fact, I received discount on the 2023 Outback Touring XT. Everything was done via email
and 1 phone call. I picked up the car next morning.

have tried to talk to sales manager, three times I keep getting promises. but no call
.walked the three times no sales person.
Said they didn't even want to look at trade in.
Car still on lot 3 weeks, really Bad Customer Service. will not consider dealer.

Pulled my credit when I SPECIFICALLY
asked them not to because I was a cash
buyer. Then lied about it repeatedly.
I dealt with three salespeople there and
they were every car buyer's worst
nightmare. Very shady - they didn't tell
their boss the truth when he
investigated and pretended they'd pulled
my credit BY ACCIDENT - when I'd just
said THREE times not to pull it.
Run, don't walk.

have me the run around. got there and
told me I couldn't finance because the
car was too old. then said the car was
being sent to auction because it didn't
pad smog.after telling me to come down
and it was ready to test drive and they
found a bank. LAME PEOPLE... POOR
COMMUNICATION!!!!
