I was highly disappointed with my experience. I applied for andreceived credit approval for a specific van as advertised is ready for sale however, just a few days later I was told the vehicle was no longer available because it had been sent to an auction. It is extremely unprofessional the pull customers credit for a vehicle that isn’t actually for sale beware of their inventory accuracy before letting them run your credit.

I did get a call from the manager and set up an
appointment to see a 2020 Consair . The sales
person I had was very attentive during our
conversation. He did explain that he would try to
get more money for my trade in and get back with
me . I have called and yet to hear from him.This
hasn’t been a good experience for my needs .
My first impression was good they young man that helped me was very good with letting me test drive the cars . But mostly all of the cars I drove had issues some cosmetic and none of the cars were checked out by a shop be for they were advertised.
Your pretty my testing out some one else clunker and it want be looked at until they have ran your credit into the ground by constantly looking for lenders ..
My score was a 801 by the time I left it was down to 790 . Input a deposit of 500 on a Lincoln continental they said it need to go to the shop to get looked over . Next day i called
The sales man I want say his name he is new and i understand people make mistakes. But he did not really communicate with me about the car he was allways texting me long story short
After waiting about 4 days I got a call back saying it did not pass inspection and is going to be sent to the auction. They said it will take 4 days to get my 500 back . Poor communication. A waste of time it was

I inquired about a vehicle and was told it would be back in a day or two and they would send me more pics ( only posted four in the add) going on a week later and I texted wondering what was going on and they said the vehicle was off site with no idea when it would return….why was it even advertised if it wasn’t ready to sell??? VERY DISAPPOINTED THEIR SALES TEAM IS AS AWFUL AS THEIR COMMERCIALS!! Two thumbs way down

Could not get a deal done. communication was excellent
I recommend this dealer to everyone! My experience from my first conversation with them was extenuating! They offered me airport pick up. But, before that they offered me a walkthrough of the car in question to save me money and unnecessary flight to their location. Now! That’s service… One Love to them!!! Keep up the excellent service…

I was actually contacting the dealership for my oldest son about this vehicle. A woman named Julia respond to my inquiry within the next hour. She was extremely helpful and set up an appointment for us to see it the next day. Long story short my son did purchase the Honda CRV from them and his salesman Rob was great to deal with as well. I wo UK lb d of given 5 stars if they would only answer their phones when I called several times the next about an issue which my son was finally able to get an answer.

Dealership was in contact with me however the vehicle was in the detail shop for several days due to low staffing. Brandi the customer care representative was very nice and did everything she could in her control to get extra pictures of the truck but the technician got them after I had already found a different truck elsewhere. Overall the dealership was a good experience just short staffed in the detailing department.

Terrible customer service they never called me just sent text messages. When I asked why I needed a lot of money down he was going to look into it and never did, now the car is sold!! I definitely won’t buy a car from here ever!

Called about a vehicle that had an accident on the record, they had no information regarding to where the accidents damage was on the vehicle or what damages we're repaired. I still asked to test drive it and they highly encourages me to drive to them to test drive it only to get out there and them tell me they would only let me test drive if I would finance through them. I wanted to finance through my credit union but that wouldn't work for them. This is Information I would have liked over the phone before I drove 35 min to see a scratch and dent disaster. Most of their vehicles on the lot looked to be damaged as well. Not sure if that's what the business deals with primarily but for a business that deals with that many cars in pour condition I would expect more leniency.

After initial contact with Gabby, Lisa handled our deal (Gabby was off the day we went to the dealership) with some very gracious assistance from Mark. Lisa was welcoming, knowledgeable and sincere. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. The entire transaction was perfect. We drove the car home about 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. Quick, Easy & More Fun than any other dealerships! :-)

We went to the Ford office, not the Lincoln one. Everything went well - we
purchased the vehicle we inquired about. Gabby sincerely strives to serve
us well (I've since called her with questions a couple of times) on all fronts
and she was super kind and patient with us.

When I found a truck I was interested in the sales person I talked to on the phone was not overly friendly and did not offer much information other than the questions I asked. When working out a trade in deal, again he did not seem like he wanted to sell a truck. His final words were "well that is what is is, sorry we can't help you"! Well, I am sorry too Shults Ford! I will never be back!
