Jordan was professional and easy to work with and even responded to me on Thanksgiving Day to facilitate the transaction for Black Friday.
Great communication, transparent pricing, no excessive dealership charges or over priced aftermarket add ons. Was able to get an out the door price over text, had the car the following day.
Car was as advertised, no surprises. Excellent condition.

My initial experience with this dealership was positive, but unfortunately, it soured towards the end. I was disappointed to discover that my 'relatively new' car only came
with one key fob, a detail that wasn't disclosed to me during the purchase process.
When I reached out for clarification and assistance in locating the missing fob, I was met with silence. This lack of communication, especially given the out-of-state
purchase and delivery, left me feeling like an afterthought.
While I acknowledge I could have inquired about the key fob earlier, the dealership's dismissive response or lack thereof to my concerns was frustrating. I expected more
support in exploring options to obtain a second key.
Ultimately, I love the car, but this negative experience has left a lasting impression. Based on this interaction, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
Extremely happy with this dealership and specifically my sales person Shawn Skoff. I feel like he went above and beyond to make this deal happen and make sure to get me my car in a timely manner all the way in Ohio….which was so greatly appreciated after the stress of needing a new car due to a bad car accident. I highly recommend and would purchase from them again.

We had a great experience with this dealer and specifically with Shawn Skoff. He communicated with us very well about this car and was able to ensure that an additional part that was needed for the car was added promptly at a reputable shop along with ensuring that the car was transported in an enclosed trailer to North Carolina. We were very impressed with his willingness to work with us on this transaction for this car. He went above our expectations with his help to buy this car. We would work with him again if we were to buy another car. I would highly recommend Shawn and this dealership as well. They are a top notch professional dealership.

Worst experience ever. Dealer was inconsistent
and scattered with communication. I did not
receive return phone calls for any of my
questions regarding sales price and monthly
breakdowns but I got a text with poor grammar
and spelling I could barely understand. I
received very vague texts/one word answers
from 2 different numbers that took hours to
reply. Very sketchy business practice in my
opinion. Sales person didnât even try to sell me
a car, when selling cars is their job. Not
approved for financing when I have money in
the bank to pay the vehicle outright makes no
sense to me. Seems like they didnât even care.
Very disappointed. Will take my business

From the initial contact on the website, to the final delivery the whole experience was very pleasant. Shawn was welcoming,inviting, professional and courteous. I was most impressed with the condition of the showroom and the inventory. The vehicles are neatly stacked on lifts ceramic coated and ready for delivery. My vehicle was quickly pulled up for showing and it was not a spot thst was missed. The car was shinny and in impeccable condition. Shawn grabbed a plate and out we went for a quick test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable and personable.
I have travel about 2 hours to go see the vehicle and I'm glad I did. Financing was a breeze with very fair interest rates. I will definitely recomend Show Cars Of Boca Raton for your next vehicle. Go see Shawn for the best car buying experience!

Asked the sales person to justify their pricing as it was anywhere between 9-15k over similar cars shape and mileage They chose to not to reply. This leaves me to believe that they have no justification for their pricing They want to try to sell it for as high as humanly possible regardless of whether it's a fair deal or not I'd use caution when dealing with this dealership.

They had the E-500 Wagon. First I sent messages and emails with a canned response. The next day I called. A recording came on then soon after a text message saying show cars of Boca? I thought why didn’t this person just pick up the phone? I asked for a specific person. This person said he’s not here this is Jordan. He said I’ll have Oxel call you.
I was already approved for financing through CarGurus with the deal sent directly to both me and the dealership. That was a done deal. I already have another MB financed with them.
I finally spoke to a live person and he assured me he’d send me a copy of the window sticker at around 9:30 pm that night. Nothing ever came. I texted him and he assured me he’d send it in the mourning i never received the window sticker but he sent me a 15 second or so video with 3 photos. Later that afternoon he texts me sorry to be a headache but the air suspension is out. By text of course. They had the vehicle for 14 days. No commitment to customer servic

At 930pm it's a difficult ask for my guys to get you a window sticker so I apologize. Everything was professional from the beginning. Oleg sent several videos,
arranged for a PPI. I was also able to have ppf applied to the front of the
car at dealer cost. We agreed to a fair market price. They arranged for
covered transportation of my new vehicle which was delivered without an
issue. Documents were sent timely via fed ex. Top notch all the way!

Not what I call good customer service. After we couldn't reach terms to a deal, the salesman got
short with me and said it will be easy to sell this car like he didn't need my business. Then he
contacted me a second time five days later and insulted me by offering to raise the price of the car
in order for him to give me what I wanted for my trade in. He apologized and gave me a fare
enough terms sheet and all I wanted was a written 30 day guaranty on anything that the Factory
warranty would not cover. It was like he had an allergic reaction. He stated that they were a top
dealership and are known to "Step Up" if anything was to not be right. So why won't you put it in
writing? I now feel there is something deffinatly wrong with that car.

Horrible experience , they are advertising vehicles with deposits already made by other buyers .., very unprofessional!! The vocabulary used by one of the Sales staff members was undeniably below pre- K !!! Unreal !!
