I drove 2.5 hours from College Station to Rosenberg for a 2022 Silverado listed at $27,505. The truck was damaged, missing trim, and not as advertised. I was told repairs would take a week, but after countless calls and broken promises, I showed up to find it still unfinished.
On test drive, the transmission slipped and jerked, yet they refused to lower the price or make it right. Instead, they tried pushing $1,500 of useless add-ons and reminded me to “sign the wall” for troops—while offering no military discount.
Dishonest, poor communication, and zero respect for customers. Don’t waste your time here.

Best experience in purchasing a car. Didn’t give me what I wanted for trade. Took it down the road got a great cash offer then went back to Fort Bend Kia and purchased the 2024 Telluride X-Pro from them paid cash. They priced it right! Rolando , the salesman was great! Showing my wife the different features between the two Kia Tellurides before she decided on the X-Pro

Oh, I wanted to jump at that one, the Avalon. It was perfect! I hadn't thought upon it much further because Christmas took over our thoughts. Yes, Kia was good, no problem there. My husband is tall, so we are looking at something that will accommodate us both. But my feelings line up with more of a medium SUV. Bottom line is, must have great mpgs!

Rep was nice but the mileage that was emailed to me was 20k miles different than the actual. We drove all the way from NW Houston, never would've done that if info was accurate.

This dealership is the best! Its smaller than most dealerships which made it very personable.The finance area was NOT two buildings down, it was just down the hall. The manager was great but the sales person, Nabeel, was extremely helpful! I was in and out of there pretty quick and they bent over backwards to make sure i was happy. I bought the yellow Hyundai Veloster and i love it! They will be my dealership from now on!. I tell all my friends about them.Thank you Fort Bend Kia!..

I had a great experience with these professionals. I found my car online and
they contacted me right away. Very friendly staff, like family. They were very
helpful and knowledgeable. We worked out all the details through the
phone. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I did not feel pressured at all.
I drove in from out of town to get my car and everything worked out great.
