I purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger Widebody from Shoreline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and initially had a very good buying experience. The salesperson and sales manager were professional and tried to help when an issue came up. Unfortunately, after bringing the vehicle in under warranty, the dealership replaced the factory two-piece Brembo rotors with one-piece rotors, which is a downgrade from the original equipment the car came with. The most frustrating part was that there was no conversation with me before changing the configuration of the braking components. The sales manager did try to assist, but this ultimately appears to have been a management decision. Very disappointing experience after what started as a great purchase.

Contacted quickly, but very unpleasant experience with the Business Development Manager from my online inquiry. Due to my distance from the dealership, I wanted to know how firm they were on the price...telling them exactly what I wanted to pay. I understand if they don't like my offer, but no reason to give attitude and be rude to a potential customer. Another manager called me back to discuss the experience, which I appreciated, but ultimately got the same experience. Loved the car, but not the dealership.

While the sales team is helpful and makes test driving vehicles easy we didn’t have the best experience. We felt very pushed and pressured to buy a car that night. One car we drove had been sitting on the lot for months “because it just hadn’t sold yet” but the rear tires were bald, there was definitely some damage to the passenger side, and the hood wouldn’t latch properly or the sensor for the hood latch was broken.

Initially they contacted me very quickly and I was impressed with that, and scheduled a time to look at the car they had that I wanted to see, but then all of a sudden the car didn't exist. Felt like a bait and switch situation.

Great experience! The salesman (Josh) was very detailed with every part of the sale. He had the jeep detailed inside and out. The vehicle loos like new considering it is 12 years old. I will go back for my next car. Bob

I got there for my scheduled test drive April 29 the car wasn't there then I waited I got the car and when I got home I realized it was missing the rear headrests which is a safety issue the dealership has not got back in touch with me as to where they are.

Very good experience. The car I was interested in initially didn't work out for me, so they brought another one from their sister dealership for me to test drive, and I ended up buying that one. I would definitely do business there again.
