Everything went right, the purchase was quick and easy, they sat down and explained the financial breakdown with my family, worked with me
to get me on the road within 2 hours especially after putting a new battery in and a giving the vehicle a quick detail. I would do business with
them again in the future.

An excellent experience all the way around. Debra and Mike are a great complementary team. They were prompt, professional, forthright, and personable. Great customer service. The vehicle i purchased was a good deal and they answered all of my questions about it. It felt like the car had been waiting there just for me to come and buy it.

I was interested in. He said ID be hearing from
their finance guy very soon. Later, on car gurus,
learned that vehicle was sold. Still waiting for

Willie was friendly. I don't like the fact that they charge $560 service fee. All dealers have this charge which is a RIP off to customers. This is no reflection on Shoreline personally. All in all my experience was ok.

First off I just want to say Dylan is Great guy and
has very good vibe about him which is why I
ended up buying the car here.
But if I could give them 0 stars I would I recently
bought a Subaru wrx sti from them and it looked
like such a great deal along with a great ride and
drove fine, but while buying the car I was told I
couldn’t get a warranty because “they couldn’t
make the deal” and it was dumb for me to think
that I should have bought a car without a
warranty because of the low miles. After 1 week I
get a check engine light on and I text Dylan “hey
man I just got this car and a check engine light
just popped on” first thing he assures me on is
that to not worry about it and that he’ll take care
of it. So I get it read and it’s a o2 sensor tell him
about it and i ended up cleaning the sensor
myself and never came back on.
Week 2
On my way to top golf being the DD and rite off
the exit my check engine light starts flickering and
my car loses instant power I call up Dylan and
first thing he tells me is I can be there in 5 mins to
check the car out he finds out that it’s a 3rd
cylinder misfire and that if I leave my car with him
he can get it fixed before I have to go to my next
duty station which is a 14 hr drive and a week
from now.
So I left it with him get a call 4 days after to find
out there service department saying I need a
rebuild because the 3rd cylinder is done for and
that it was gonna cost 6k but they can do it for
3k. Dylan talks to the manager for me to see if
they can cover the charges because I only had it
for 2 weeks and knew I was a responsible driver.
Then I get a call from the General manager Mark
and he tells me that their is absolutely nothing
that they can do and that he didn’t have a “crystal
ball” to know when there used cars were going to
explode
So after pleading my case to him on how I can’t
afford it and need my car to go to work he still
had nothing to say but I can’t help you but all I
had heard was I won’t help you.
Next day
Found out my car was still under Powertrain
warranty so I got it towed to Subaru and found
out that I only need to replace a coil pack in the
3rd cylinder which cost me 366 with my military
discount.
Long story short don’t believe in there 100+ point
inspection, how they “serve God and our
community”, silver means satisfaction and listen
to how they’ll take care of you and give you
peace of mind because they really don’t give a
crap wether your military or not.

I had the worst customer service ever dealing with this dealership. Everything was okay until after I bought the vehicle. I never got my license plates until after my 30 day plates were dead. Dylan who was my salesman was impossible to catch up with and when I did never did anything he promised. I'm still waiting on the spare key that I was told would be mailed to me. I had to talk to another salesmen named Marc because Dylan wouldn't return any of my calls anymore. It took Marc two weeks to get me a gap insurance cancellation form. I asked him about the spare key, but still waiting for a answer a week later. Every time I call now the lady who answers the phone tells me they're in a meeting or on the phone. I would never buy a car from this dealership! They will do what ever it take to sell you the vehicle, but after that you're on your own. Unless you live in va beach I wouldn't deal with this dealership. If you live far away you're going to to be in trouble if you ever need help or service.

I try to give local businesses a chance before going to a mainstream/ big business car lot. I called and talked to a salesman there and expressed interest in a vehicle. I told him that I would like to come down and see it at 1200. After driving 28 miles, I arrived only to find out that not only the vehicle was not there, but neither was the salesman I talked to on the phone. Vehicle was in North Carolina.
Went to a major dealer the next day and picked up a nicer truck of the same make and model.

We called this dealer and asked specific questions about the condition of the vehicle. We even asked if it had any rust. We were told it was clean and in good shape. When we got there, we checked under the vehicle & found considerable rust. After driving an hour to the dealership, we were very disappointed to learn that the salesman lied to us or did not even bother to check under the vehicle for signs of rust.
