We were there. For an appointment. No car. Very rude owner Both me and my mechanic were there. No car. We all left work to come to scheduled meeting. If there was a not going to be a car you should have called. The owner was calling me names and giving me the finger.

The process takes too long. Going on four seeks
and they hv not title or register vehicle
Also that means we hv not schedule delivery yet so
there os more timr. I was initially told two weeks
I received the vehicle on Thursday 22 May 2025
The setvice due light is on
The rear spoiler spoiler fault light is on
The TPMS like is on
The front brakes are making noise
The front windshield is cracked all the way across
Damage on front bumper and rear left quarter panel
and miss front tow cover missing
I would have thought a reputable dealer would have
serrvice the vehicle or pointed these issue out.
Maybe I assumed too much and my expectations
was too high. Learning experience

We are so happy with our experience with Shopi-Car. This was a first time purchase for my 17yo and all of the staff was very supportive. We left there getting much more than we were expecting. We will definitely go back there for future purchases.

Really nice people to buy from. Nice inventory
ALL the Vehicles on the lot were high end, desirable marks; all polished and clean. Personnel were universally courteous,
friendly and unlike anticipated "car salesmen." In a nutshelll, I bought the car! I would unequivocally recommend these
folks. And, I am writing this prior to delivery, having provided dealer a list (largely minor) of items requiring attention with a
list of questions, all of which were answered.

Contacted me right away from a generic email box. Would not give sales associate name, which I thought was strange. After
a few emails back and forth, they agreed to a price (slightly lower than list) that I suggested. I sent 3-4 follow-up questions,
to get information before I drove 2 hrs down there, and they did not respond. They had the car I really wanted, so I tried
contacting them via email, cargurus website, and dealership website for days. Took days for anyone to get back to me, and
there was no contact to me until the day after I bought a car from another dealership. NOT a good experience.

So I contacted this dealership through the site an told them I am very interested in purchasing this fiat. I would like more info an to speak to someone about payment an maybe delivery options. A guy did call me back immediately an I told him I would like to purchase the vehicle. Was delivery an option. He could not tell me much but did assure me he would have his manager call me back. Next day I reached out to the number given an no answer. I went on the car site an txt an some guy did respond rather immediately. Told him I want to purchase the car an he said he would reach out to the dealership where the car is an have them call me back.
This went on for several days
Well today I went on the site an now it says the fiat is not available.
I am so disappointed. Is this company for real? Do they want to sell any cars? I don't usually write reviews but this one really bothered. If ur looking on this site. Good luck

Says it's local but it can't be delivered for over a week an it's 12 miles away???
I contacted Shopicar about a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I was actively looking for a new car at that time and ended up purchasing a car from another
dealership. I called at the close of day and was notified shortly after they opened the next morning. If the dealership I visited first hadn't had a
car I liked, I would have visited Shopicar next.

BEWARE. this truck has two accidents- one is moderate and one is minor. This dealer
advertised this as NO ACCIDENT. Not true. When I ran a carfax there were two
accidents. They told me no accidents and I drove over 2 hours. We agreed on a price
and when I ran my own carfax it showed the accidents. Additionally, they were not
iwlling to discount the price even after learning of the accidents. Total waste of 4 hours
of driving. On top of that the dealer has a very high doc fee of $487! Not happy. Katil
(the salesperson) was polite and I do not blame him but his management has set him
up for failure.

I am very satisfied with my experience at ShopiCar Canton. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove my car off the lot, the customer service was exceptional. Called and scheduled a time for the following day to test drive car. The next day got a call from owner that car was in for service and would
not be available for 3 days.. Then recieved text that car was still in service and would not be avalable for another day. If the car was needing
5 days of service before test driving, I don't want it. Cancelled appointment.
