No bait and switch. They answered all my questions and showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see.
Terrible service,was lied to just to get me to come down to dealership,kept in contact with salesman for 3days was told I had the car,put insurance on it drove 3hrs communicating the whole time with sales person the entire drive,just to find out they sold the car by the time we get there,not to mention a hard hit on my credit report just for them to say they sold it sorry but I really think that's bad business

These guys were great to deal with. Rocky, Vance,
and Alfredo hit it out of the park! I had a nightmare
of an experience with a different dealer recently, but
these guys are so good they’ve been able to restore
my faith that car dealerships can provide good
customer service. Definitely a great group.
Dealer agreed to an amount with OTD price and asked to come over to the Dealer location and then they changes the price and adds a $2600 cleaning/inspection and repairing fees to the price of the car. This happens when you show the interest to buy the car. Please try to avoid this Dealer on buying used cars with them

They did respond , very timely.
Salesman (Vance) & other team members
were very nice & friendly.
We loved the vehicle & bought it. Paid
cash$$. We had ask if it had been serviced?
& the reply was , yes.
Checked oil & coolant in car 3 days later
with no other driving at all, and it was a
quart low on oil & 1/2 gallon low on coolant.
We called dealership about the problem,
they said they would check on that & call us
back. They did call us back & solved the
problem.

All I got from this dealer was a response that this vehicle was not available, yet it is still advertised as for sale!
The salesman was bad about getting me information about truck. I had to contact the internet sales guy for info. They advertised the truck for $10,000 and now have gone up to $11,900. The truck is in the shop having something repaired and this dealer hasn’t posted any pictures. I first inquired about this truck on February 7 and still don’t have any more information about truck. I have to travel 11/2 hours to see the truck. If I want this truck, they should honor the first listed price to me and not the new price.

The truck was already sold and they did not let me know, they had me fill out the credit app knowing the truck had already been sold. They also where very poor in regards to communication and getting beck to you.

The dealership was no nonsense on purchasing a vehicle. There was great communication, professional and very courteous. I arrived and in an hour all paperwork was signed and driving off in vehicle. There was not all that back and forth you deal with at other dealers. Thanks goes out to Wayne and Allen for a great vehicle buying experience.

Contacted me. We discussed the previous deal they gave me. Was supposed to give new deal with new price drop. Never contacted me back with new pricing and ran my credit with out agreeing to a price. Sad news I really wanted to buy the Jeep.

They were very prompt in contacting me and answering all my
questions.
Responded quickly which was nice. I stayed in constant contact with this dealership for 2 days trying to buy this car in which it should've only been one. They became slow to respond. They then called me at 8 PM to inform me that OOPS we sold your dream car that you had been working on buying, YESTERDAY. Complete waste of my time. Don't think I'd trust them again.
Contacted them on the 3rd and spoke with Jason. Since I had a good drive to get there he made the process simple so everything was done through email so all I had to do was make one drive up there sign and left with my truck. I was at the dealership for about 45 to an hour. It was a great experience dealing with them. I wasn't pressured into buying stuff I didn't need or picking another vehicle like I had to go through with some dealerships. Guaranteed I will purchase my next vehicle with them.
These folks are hard to correspond with, but they do answer emails.
I have tried negotiating by email, but it has been difficult.
The problem looks to me like there are multiple players who answer the emails, so its hard to figure out which one to talk to.
I will try in person soon. They have some nice cars for sale.

I bought a Tahoe from Ramey 9/2017. At first everything was great. Lots of communication, would have been in and out. Well as I was about to leave we noticed a problem with the rear door lock. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, they would fix it. It was a Saturday and I was told they could fix it the following week. I made several calls and text messages to the ever so responsive (prior) sales person/ manager and not once did he return my call or text message. To top if off in the state of Texas they are supposed to refund the charge for gap coverage within 30 days. I refinanced with my credit union. I didn't receive the check until about 45 days later. I am truly disappointed and will not buy a vehicle from them again.

Ramey Chevrolet is a joke!! Finally came to an
agreement after a little negotiating. Got all the front end
paperwork signed along with a bva while we waited on
the approval from my credit union. When it was time to
go into finance they came and told me they were sorry
but had someone coming to look at the truck so I
couldn't take it. Why wait til the deal is basically done to
back out for someone else who might or might not buy
to come look at the truck. Then they have the nerve to
call the dealership I work at to complain about this
negative review I'm giving now so I get in trouble. I will
definitely do the opposite of recommending this
dealership as well as post a negative review on every
car site I can. Clearly they don't care about their
customers. My sales guy did what he could and
Amanda was very nice but overall it was the worst
experience I've ever had at a dealership. I would
recommend car mart before this dealership.

Ramey tried to get me approved for 5he car I wanted even though my credit is shot. They took the time to text me and where willing to communicate any way I wanted. Even though I have not been able to make a purchase they were more than willing to help me try.

Wonderful experience. So strange though. The salesman was married to
the cousin of my friend who drove me up there. Would recommend

One the worst experience of my life, a waist of my time i can
never get back. I drove two and 1/2 hours to look at a 2008
Acura Rl that is not in the best shape as the pictures show. The
pictures don't show the large dent on the truck, the paint peeling
on the passenger front door, and the passenger front glove box
which has lots of bubbles in the fabric that needs major repair.
Before i could test drive it, it took more than 30 min to find the
sales guy i chatted with online. Who might i say is one of worst
salesman. The car is only worth $8888 with all of those
problems. Even though the car has been there more than 6
months, they would not negotiate on lowering the price, i dont
think they want to sales.
