Did not receive the customer service one should
expect. I was applying for financing and the sales
person I spoke to and was eager to make a deal,
when it appeared I needed more down he sent a
text saying I’ll hear from him later that day and it
chose to not reach out. I called a few times and
chose to ignore. Done.

They contacted me and we went over numbers on the truck they had and my trade in.We came
to a agreement on what I wanted for mine .I went the next day to pick it up and all was as we
talked about.They were very nice people and I will go there again for my next car.

Salesman that I ment and was
assigned when I got to the
dealership was totally rude and out
of place. The yong lady sales
person that called me later was
quite nice but couldn’t approve my
offer but she was great. I was told
by several past coustmers of
shepherds about the treatment of
coustmers and found out first hand
it was poor. I will continue to use

Courteous nice sales team
Was waiting on picture's Latoya sent me some picture's from her
phone but took picture's without showing the damage to the truck. Lucky I
went back to the website and seen the dealer picture's that showed the
damage. that's flat out deceptive.

Very good customer service. The offer we got
on our trade-in was higher than other dealers
we visited and close to what I wanted.
I feel I got the deal I wanted. We delt with 3
people, our salesman, finance rep, and a tech
person that helped guide us through the new
high tech features in our vehicle.
