They did they put the truck in the shop and put 300.00 in it for whatever reason. And when we got home with it we noticed the back left window would not roll down. And the next day the check engine light came on. I believe they are only worried about people leaving good reviews… I have tried to contact them about the window and they won’t return my call.

I made my self clear that I intended to use USAA loan service when I spoke to the salesman the week before purchase and put $500 down to hold it. Then they said unless I use their bank, it was an additional $1000. I ended up refinancing with USAA. Then they told me my trade in was Worth $9000, when I went to sign the papers, they only gave me $8000. I had already driven 4.5 hrs to get there in snowy weather with my deposit. The salesman I spoke to initially, was nice and had the car detailed upon my arrival.

The dealership contacted me almost immediately. I explained that I had to go out of town for a few days and the dealership has kept in touch with me during my trip. I will definitely visit upon my return.

Horrible experience, I bought the car over the phone and it was delivered to me. The car was scratched had been keyed. Filthy in the inside door locks didn’t work. They told me it was in great condition with everything working as it should. I called the dealership, they refused to do anything and said it was my car now!! It’s cost me over 2k so far to fix the things that were wrong with it. Stay away from this dealership!!

They were never rude to me but I asked one simple question about the color of a car and never got my answer but sure did get their texts, calls, and emails daily trying to get me to come in and test drive it.. I just wanted one answer and that would have possibly made a sale for them instead of being annoyed. Thanks!

Salesman was super nice and good to deal with. Financial center not so much. Came in pre-approved via my lender they said they could get a better deal. $412 fir 60 mos with MY lender 72 mos at $447 thru theirs. NOT a better deal. Price listed on line was $19,999, added $2,000 to price after I wanted to buy it.

We would still like to earn your business however we only merely sale the car whereas the banks tell us what your rate is and in this case your interest rate was higher due to your credit score. Would buy from again . Made the whole ordeal pleasant. NEEDED a newer car. Hate having a car payment but very pleased with the outcome.

Very fast service.
Friendly but not willing to negotiate. Home of the $710 dealer fee, these are markup fees that
anyone isn't mandated to pay. They also low ball very hard on trade ins.
They discount their vehicles with 500 dollar trade assistance and 500 dollar discount with their
financing (high rates), all disclosed up front.

The dealer good night keep to their words out there they told me I needed to bring 500 down and for a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta with almost a hundred sixty thousand miles on it and they would do what it took to get me in it and then when I got there I got dropped off supposed to get the car and they raised it down payment price and tried to put me in something else

I spoke to a salesman, maybe manager and he was incredibly friendly. He knows a lot about his vehicles. I like that as a person. Someone who studies and knows their products are credible people. Unfortunately when he contacted me, I was already 2 hours on the road, heading towards Ohio to purchase a truck. He kept in contact with me throughout the day incase the deal fell through. I ended up purchasing the truck I sought out for that day. I still want a Ram truck too and so in a few years, I will purchase from this dealership.

Dealer sold vehicle to someone else even after all Papaet work had been done with finance company. I live out of state and was already ready to go pick it up. Dealer didn’t even call me to ask for deposit or even answer my calls to explain what happened until I disguised my voice 5 days later. Then he had no choice but to explain what happened. Their word means nothing to me.

Somewhat disappointed in the sales rep who emailed me. I am probably 1
1/2 hours from the dealership, so I asked for their best price on the car....were
they willing to negotiate. They said, "My best price is the internet price until
you come in and drive it." OK I guess but not the type of response I had
expected.

Talked to dealership on Monday, negotiated price and went ahead and paid a deposit! Drove 2 hours on Wednesday to buy vehicle and price had changed considerably! The only good thing I can say is they did refund our deposit!!
Jake was friendly. Used vehicles are on a seperate lot. Test drove the Yukon but didn't buy. Never got that "gotta have it" feeling.

Great service. Attentive. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. I'm going this Thursday to Test drive the car this week. I live an hour away and it's hard for me to get there. Kenny Maynard and other staff have been very helpful in the process. Not pushy at all. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.
