The advertisement showed a 2016 E350. But when we got to the lot all they had was a 2014 E350. Not good.

Very disrespectful. Purchased the car and financed it . From a different state , picked it up drove back ,after got calls from the dealer that I need to bring the car back and threatening. I paid the car off and will never go or recommend anyone to them

They did not put the condition of the vehicle for sale or eligibility to be able to finance while searching the information was not identified until halfway through the process. They vehicle carfax returned salvage or branded tittle which can not be financed didn't disclose that until I tried to buy. It wasted a lot of valuable time not being up front and forth coming I do not Recommend.

Very disorganized. Never initiated contact, even after he said he would contact me back. Ran my credit without having the car, wouldn't communicate the reason it was in the shop. Even after he ran my credit and was able to tell me a monthly payment, NEVER contacted me back. I would have bought the car but the salesman had no interest in me

They need to update their inventory more often. I looked through their website and the vehicle they told me sold was still listed in their inventory.

Purchased a car from Shawn’s motor credit and the experience was very positive. They were up front on condition of vehicle and were helpful getting it ready for sale (inspections, plates, etc).

Dealership was very nice. Let me take car for a mechanical inspection. Would have loved some leeway on the sticker, but he was honest and forthright about pricing. Ultimately did not buy the car, but only because I found a crazy good deal on something else.

Dealer was quick to respond to inquiry. Being in another city, I made arrangements for a friend to test drive & go over car. Dealer kept me informed throughout the visit. Dealership was clean, staff friendly. It was obvious their focus was on a higher quality product. My friend had a positive experience. The purchase process was quick & easy all conducted from a distance. I even received a follow-up call to make sure the car was delivered in good condition & everything met my expectations. Horrible! The dealer told us he had the car waiting and pre approved us over the phone a week before we left to Houston. The day we left to pick up the car we drove about 2 hours from out of town and he said he had already sold the car to someone and that it wasn’t his fault it was the other persons fault. But we could look at some other vehicles, and there was nothing else he could do for us. Which made no sense?? He assured us he would wait! We were told he would make sure the car would be there as soon as we got there. After he told us that he also started to change his tone, and started being very rude! I didn’t want to even go look at any other options with him because the whole experience was terrible! I feel like we were lied too from the beginning and the whole deal was just bs. Never calling these people again!

Salesman was unprofessional and didn’t address the recalls on the vehicle. Pictures didn’t show the damage that the vehicle actually has. Didn’t provide essential details about the vehicle. Overall the experience was awful. Do not recommend in finding a reliable vehicle from this location.

Hands down, they are AWESOME. We drove from Louisiana and it was well worth it!!!! GREAT customer service, prompt, honest, works hard for you, and we have never been to a car lot that literally gets you in and out. Bedis was NOT pushy at all. In fact none of them were. So calm!!! My husbandwent looking for one truck and end up driving off in a 2500 truck he always wanted at a VERY fair price. If you need a nice dependable ride, look these guys up. Very friendly and tried to make sure we had plenty of time to look at all the cars on his lot that were in the price range we were looking to spend. Would recommend his dealership for buying a used car.

This dealer responded to my e-mails right away. Bedis answered all of my questions and sent me the vehicle history report on the car I was interested. Listing was accurate with enough pictures to get a good idea of the car's condition. Called him back the following week to confirm they still had the vehicle and made the purchase the next day. Very good people to deal with and no back office sales pressure in the finance office. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

He called west lake financial and spent the day making sure I drove off the lot with the car I adored. THE CAR IS AMAZING!!! Great price! I took a 9 hour round trip to Shawns auto credit after promises of a "well keep car with no issues" only to find a damaged rusty car that was falling apart, the pictures of the car didn't show some of the interior damage, to top my experience off the car needed major mechanical work I would stay very far from this establishment

I am very happy with my experience, I was treated with respect and my purchase was smooth. I got a great price on a car and I am very happy. I didn't need financing and they were okay with it, I didn't want all the extras they try to sell and they were okay with it. They sold me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Don't waste your time at other dealerships .

They advertise up and down that they work with all types of credit. They even promise you that when you call. They also tell you that they work with out of state buyers. Apparently they don't do any of this. Be careful and ask lots of questions before submitting your application to them. Once you submit your application, you have to call left and right for days on end to get a hold of ANYONE to follow up. Then, when you finally get an answer after leaving message after message, they leave you wondering what they were actually telling the truth about. I got three different stories. One person called me and asked me for more information so we could proceed. At first, I wanted to think about it. Then when I call back, another person who is supposedly the finance manager, who is the end-all-be-all of any car deal, doesn't know anything about the application you submitted, but still tells you certain things that give you optimism about the deal and makes you ready to move forward. Then, you receive another call from the "manager" stating that everything the finance manager said was false. They don't know whether they don't want to do business with you because you're out of state, or because you have less than perfect credit. They should be upfront about what they are looking for, rather than giving you hope by advertising that they'll work with you, only to run your credit and add an inquiry, just to waste your time.

The car is lised at 13,995, the walk out price with cash is 14,300. All dealerships ive delt with in the past will cut you a good deal if you bring cash, didnt think they negotiated a good deal at all.

Very helpful. Tried very diligently to be of service but the vehicle just did not meet my needs.

The credit guy made me feel he genuinely was interested in helping me and helped me look for insurance quotes.

Asked specifically if the top leaked and was told "no". I then drove over two hours to purchase the vehicle only to find out the carpet was soaked from leaking. The car was leaking for so long a first grader could have seen it. Shady business.

The car had problems when I had it checked out. Over $3000 worth of work. Only wanted to come down $900. Went else where and bought the same car with less miles and a newer model from certified dealer.

Truck wasn't ready to show, was in process of detail, and they did rig it out to show me when I asked to look at it.
