For some, finding the perfect car can be an annoying, stressful, and time consuming chore. For me, I flew into Michigan from New Jersey to find my perfect car! Yes, you read that right, I flew to MI to purchase this ‘23 Mini that stole my heart. Probably my most enjoyable vehicle purchase, ever. What an incredible staff! Shawn was exceptionally efficient and thorough during the finance / signing portion. Shaun is a fantastic salesman; extremely knowledge in the vehicles he sells. He picked me up at the airport, answered all my questions, and gave me a very detailed tutorial. Todd is an absolute gentleman; a top notch team leader who makes the customer feel very much appreciated and welcome. 6 am flight out of Newark, a quick purchase process and tutorial in the parking lot, a blast of a drive home in what I undoubtedly consider the greatest go-kart I’ve ever owned, and back home by 12:30 at night. What a ride!

I contacted this dealership last weekend about a 2018 BMW 330i xdrive that was new arrival for them. At that time the price was (approx.)$21,850 not $23,350. After being contacted by Ryan the salesperson I asked for some basic info. brake and tire measurement(s). I was told that there were other potential customers with appointments to look at this vehicle later in the week. So I understood the urgency so get information and make a deal. Later that day I was told the car sold. I was disappointed missing out on what thought was a fair deal. Well, I decided to go to their web site the following day to find the vehicle NOT sold and the price was increased to $23,350. Pathetic!

good communication and easy to deal with even though the car I targeted was sold when I arrived. The salesman and I discussed other cars that would fit my budget and objectives.

Message they sent was all gibberish. Made no sense whatsoever. I couldn't get any info on my request for the vehicle.
