I was an out-of-state inquiry. The vehicle sold the day after I called, I never actually dealt with the dealership so I'm not going to give them a
low rating for no reason. They did contract me quickly. No purchase was made here.

This may be an unusual rating, as I offer a 5-star rating to a dealer, that I didnât buy the car! Mr.
Brooks internet team was professional, responsive, very open and transparent. They were
familiar with long distance purchase, how to do the paperwork, and could even help with
shipping. I just found that the specific vehicle was not up to my needs; thats âFordâsâ fault, not
Sharp Automotive. I wouldnât hesitate to purchase from Mr. Brooks for a product I wanted. In my
search I bumped over dealers that âbait and switchâ, hide hidden charges, couldnât do long
distant purchases, were rude, uninformed, high volume liars; and then Sharp Automotive showed
how car buying could to be done correctly. Thank you.

Quick seller responses to questions. Initial transaction processed quickly. Will revise review once purchase is completed (car coming from manufacturer should arrive this month).
I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle that was for sale, Jim F. was very helpful. He answered all my questions. If he didn’t know the answer he went to the vehicle to find out the answer. Even though it turned out that this particular vehicle didn’t match my needs he would continue to look for me. It was a very comfortable experience.

VERY helpful dealer
Awesome car buying experience with Sharp Automotive. The6 got back
to me very quickly after my initial contact. Everything was as promised
on the car we were looking at. There was no pressure to purchase this
vehicle and they didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t want or need.

Drove 3 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment to test drive the vehicle. 20 minutes away, they call me and tell me someone else is there about to buy it. Not a good experience at all.

i got this mustang i told them what i needed my payments at and they did it and it couldnt be easy eather ive had alot of dealers not be aboule to do it and they did love the car and had a good after noon there they even gave me a gift sertifiket so i coule get food drivong home

i have mixed feelings. They should have told me that the mileage was
unknown. in the glovebox were repair records that showed more miles than
were shown on the speedometer.
The information on the cargurus ad was very vague concerning what features the car had so I made several requests for a list of the features, options and packages that were on this car either in the form of the window sticker, or even just a list. I even included a link to the sales brochure for that year and model. After no response for days I finally just asked if it had any of the 3 packages I was most interested in. Days later I received an email saying that she would see what she could find out. I never heard from her again and apparently the car is now sold. Very poor customer relations!
