Dealership quick to respond to inquiry. Very nice experience. The sales rep spent a couple of hours trying to find a car that we wanted. This one really wasn't a color we wanted, but the seats were leather so we were willing to look at it. After trying several options, we ended up buying a used car that had been brought in to the dealership a few days earlier and we are very pleased to have found it. The sales rep and the owner of the business were very helpful and professional. Would recommend this dealership!

I purchased this truck from Shapen. Josh Tucker was very helpful. He provided
professional service while meeting my needs during the COVID19 restrictions.
He arranged for a co-worker to bring the truck to Shreveport for a test drive. I
had limited time with a number of set-backs and cancellations, but he
expedited the paperwork. He made this process the easiest buying experience
I've ever had during the most restrictive period I can remember.
Not good at all. The last we talked on the phone they were going to be asking the dealership owner (this was his personal vehicle) what he would take for the vehicle and that they would get back to me within the hour. I gave them 2 hours and called/texted the online sales manager that I was dealing with with no response. Called 2 more times that day with no luck. The next morning I texted them and called them when they opened and was met with silence from them. Around 1 o’clock that afternoon they told me that they had sold the truck the night before. I know this is their vehicle and they can sell to whomever but it felt as though they dropped me once someone came into the store looking at the truck. I live 16+ hours away from them so I couldn’t just walk into the store. Very inconsiderate company. If a person by the name of Wendy helps you ask for someone else. Better yet I would advice to stay away from this dealership unless you can actually walk into the dealership.

Great experience the salesman answered all our
questions very quick and he was a very nice
people person listened and described the truck
very clearly. Clean truck ready to go. Everyone at
dealerships was very friendly especially Bo the
salesman as I said and say again he ie the best I
have ever seen and would recommend anyone
that is shopping for a vehicle go to Shapen

This dealership has great prices . However when I reached out to them, it took a few days to get a response. When I finally got a response- one salesman said they had the car so we made the drive there and was greeted by a different sales rep who was entirely to rude ! Come to find out the rude salesman had sold the car a week prior even though I pulled up on car gurus and their own website and the vehicle was still on it . However , despite that unfortunate event , the sales rep , Bo Holley, who we had priorly communicated with - went above and beyond to show us similar vehicles on the lot and when I didnt find something I liked there - he continued to stay in touch for several weeks afterwards to share other cars with me that were from other dealerships but that he could get for me . Even though I did not purchase with this dealership , I still give them 4 stars for Bo being such an outstanding salesman that goes above and beyond and radiates a great attitude!

Nice purchase start to finish. The car was as described and they delivered it right to our driveway (200 miles away) the next morning at no charge. Couldn’t ask for more!

The car I was interested in was listed as having many upgraded features that I was looking for and I drove 30 miles to take a look. The car was not what it was advertised to be. None of the upgrades!!! Very disappointed.

We found several units were used as a training for on-line marketing and once the training was over the equipment added was never removed. After looking into your the situation we have currently put a process in place to ensure the proper descriptions are accurate on-line and future training will be handled different to avoid these mistakes. Communication has been frustrating with this particular dealership (new owner) and the sales person has been stringing the consumer along plus not very competitive, compared to other dealerships that were contacted in multiple states. The sales person wrote that the GM wanted to speak with us but the name and number he provided was that of a finance director. When asked about the GM it was indicated that he is too busy and doesn't give out his number. What?! Really inconsistent and changing story.
We made the same offer to all dealerships (no trade-in) and the responses were roughly from $1k to $8k off MSRP on the same model, trim, and options. Waiting to see who is motivated to move 2018 inventory. Not interested in sitting at any dealerships to play the bad guy, good guy game. It's so outdated. With e-commerce, consumers are craving better car shopping experiences.
