Initial meeting was to be with a named rep and upon arrival a different sales rep., Tom was assigned. He was wonderful and informative. I purchased a 2022 Blazer RS that he showed me as the requested vehicle was a demo. A day after purchase I needed to take the Blazer in for service and the service department was fabulous as well. It has only been a week, but my experience with Serra Chevrolet Sterling Heights was fantastic. I highly recommend. Thank you, Tom and Jason!

Made an appointment to meet with them on a Saturday. Drove 45 minutes and arrived at the agreed time. The person I was scheduled to meet had left early without a phone call. I was told there was no one there to help me and I would need to come back Monday. Not what I would consider customer service.

Posted this vehicle as a 2020 but it's a 2019! Pictures was NOT the pictures of the vehicle I purchased. Tried to exchange for a 2020 and dealership refused! Will NEVER recommend or buy from them again!! Tip .... make sure you screen shot EVERY detail before you buy!!

I made arrangements to purchase this truck. I offered to give them a deposit on my cc to hold it until I could get a wire transfer to them. They said it wasn't necessary. So, I ordered a wire transfer for the entire amount to be sent to them and said I would be there the next day to get the vehicle ... it's about 150 miles from where I live. An hour later they called and said the car was sold to someone else. Talk about bait and switch. Now I had to get my money back from them. Fortunately, the bank was able to cancel the wire. What a rip-off.

Hi Doug - As your Sales Associate had said, another customer was test driving the vehicle you were interested in when you offered to wire a down payment which is why she asked you to hold off on wiring and monies until she knew if they would be purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, as you did go ahead and wire the money against her wishes, she was not able to stop the transfer from happening. Although she did go above and beyond sending you all of the information you requested including involving our Service Department to find more information about installed accessories, we are disappointed

Rick was very friendly and professional. He went ver the warranty being offered on the vehicle and explained the total cost after taxes, registration and title. I decided the vehicle was more than I wanted to spend and that was the end of the discussion. Rick said he would reach out if the price became negotiable or if other equivalent but less expensive vehicles became available. It was a pleasant, no pressure interaction and I would recommend Buff Whelan Sterling Hgts., MI to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, and informed pre- owned car sales service.

I went to view this vehicle as well as another Enclave that had come in and was pretty excited after speaking with Perry over the phone regarding pricing. I went the very next day and withdrew the amount we discussed from my account and my husband met me at the dealer to test drive the vehicles and I was confident that I would be leaving with this red Enclave. Unfortunately, I was given a totally different price which wasn't a huge deal since it was a little more than a $1300 difference and I really liked the car and I'm currently 7 and a half months pregnant and was looking to replace the smaller truck I have. The issue for me is that I was made to feel like I was crazy and was never given a lower price the day before and that the sales person seemed as if he was offended or had an issue with the fact my husband called the dealership while I was at work regarding pricing. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason amd it must have not been meant for me to buy from this dealer, especially since there was an oil leak found on the vehicle and we were made to feel less than and unwelcome but in a very subtle and polite way, if that's possible. Honestly, I was very disappointed.

We made an appointment with a salesperson to see the car. I asked her to call if it was sold since we needed to drive an hour and a half to see the car. I called the morning of the appointment and left a voicemail for her. We drove an hour and a half to see the car and was told it was already sold. The manager of the used car division gave me a tank of gas which was greatly appreciated but I wasted 3 hours of my day!

Quick response with my inquiry. We had to travel over 2 hrs to look at the van it the dealer was great at letting me know a head of time about little imperfections. Also told us what to bring to expedite the purchase. Love our new (used) can!!
