Salesman didn’t have to do anything. This sale was handed to him on a silver plater. We had our own financing. Truck was not washed or detailed inside or out, gas tank was not full. I have a Mercedes and Audi, when I picked up those cars they were detailed from top to bottom. I’m just not used to average service

This dealership was not a good experience at all. We came to an agreement on price. As soon as we told them we would be bringing them a check from our bank, they wouldn’t do the deal. They will only sell to you if you bank with who they work with. Turned down $49,,600 because we didn’t want to go with their bank. We have our own bank with a great interest rate. And two days later my husband called and talked to manager, who said he would call him back. He never did. It’s fine. I’m picking the same car up today from somewhere else. Less money. Less miles.

The Customer Care Manager answered my request for information in a timely manner and has been, and continues to be, very helpful. Since we haven't closed a deal as yet, I can't comment on the rest of the members of the dealership's team.

I kept trying to get a quote by email (I work all day and email is easier) but I kept getting messages to call. So I went with another dealership that was more responsive and helpful. One that was willing to give me what I asked for.

I think its just a generic email because I asked what the store hours where and she asked a couple weird questions

Responded within a few days, didn’t have but 3 pictures and it’s difi to purchase a vehicle 6+ hours away, sight unseen with only a few pictures or it certainly would have been a top consideration

Stiller was persistent with calling to see if I was interested in their stock of vehicles and sent me numerous emails

Texted to inquire about car listed on car gurus and within 24 hours recieved text back that car no longer avaible.

VERY RUDE. I called about the car, she was laughing repeatedly at my interest in the car. She had a very smart mouth. Poor customer service. I wouldn't even give them a one star.

Salesman Mike was a pleasure to speak with and was very thorough. Unfortunately we did not close the deal but I'd definitely recommend trying this store out the next time you look for a new or used vehicle.

Dealer wrote car is here come and look at it for your best deal. Not a lot of effort.
