WOW! Who knew that buying a used car could be a pleasant experience? We recently traveled to Woodstock, GA from Nashville to check out a car to buy. We felt really good after talking to Matt on the phone and immediately traveled the 4 hours on the basis of trust that the car we were interested was there. (This was not the case of our previous experience with another dealership). We highly recommend SELECTIVE IMPORTS as a very good Used car dealer. They are a smaller independent business and both Matt and Sam are excellent and honest people. There is "NO Bait and Switch", and instead just a straight forward process. This was such a great surprise since buying a car can be so stressful. There are many dealerships with hidden costs, lies, negative tactics and pushy salespeople. SELECTIVE IMPORTS tries their best to make car purchasing beneficial to both the buyer and seller. It's really a Win-Win way of selling cars. Everything went great. Lots of help with the truck, I ended up getting the truck. It’s gets fours stars two days after I get It hear squeaking changes the tires but two front lug-nuts were missing. Trying to put them back on was another story.

This dealership is exceptional with customer service. I called them to see if they still had the BMW I was interested in. Freddie answered the phone and told me it was. I told him I would be there around 10. When I got there, he had the car up front for me and ready for a test drive. I ended up buying the car. Mike, also very helpful, did the paperwork. I bought this car as is. Three days later, a power steering light came on. My son who I bought the car for, took it back to the dealership to ask them about it. They treated this young kid with the utmost respect and courtesy. Helped him with the car, ordered a part for it and fixed it. Truly an upstanding, honest dealership. Thank you all.

I've had a very positive experience working with Freddy at Selective Imports. I've been in the market for a new vehicle for a while, and have extended my search to out of state dealerships. That means, I'm limited as to which vehicles I can see in person. Freddy was very understanding and accommodating about this fact (unlike may of the other salespersons at various dealerships that I've encountered). He sent me lots of high quality pictures and even a few videos, as well as, answered my many questions promptly, so that I could make a better informed opinion about whether I should fly out or not. Make sure to get an extended warranty if you buy here...not theirs. We found sludge in a 2012 Grand Cherokee radiator. Have had other costly engine issues that make this vehicle not drivable all in just 2 months time. Owner Sam tells you sold as is; vehicles sold at dealerships are supposed to be drivable (it’s called implied warranty). Many issues with this dealership, still no title received. These guys will rip you off with a nice smile.

I can't say enough about how great this dealership is. Sam is an exceptional person and he cares about people. I purchased a BMW X5 Diesel and it had some emission issues. I was sure I would be stuck with the car and the repair bills. He gladly took it back and gave me the same deal for a newer car with lower mileage. I'll never forget when he told me, "Don't worry about it. It's just a car. I'm going to take care of you." He is interested in people and relationships, not just money. Shopping for and buying a car can be one of the worst experiences a person can have. I am so glad that Sam and Selective Imports have changed my perception of the car salesman. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership. I will be making the trip again for my next car purchase.

I’m skeptical when going to a small dealer and I’m not a review person, but this guys are worth your time if you’re looking for a used car and reading this review. Sam and Gunther are great person to deal with. They were very upfront with all the details, technical information and even sent me a video from the truck with all details! After some initial haggling over price went to lunch to think about and he told me to take the car to lunch. Got back and told him I bottom line final price and he agree on the spot. I talked with I believe it was Jim on a Friday and he was going to have owner get back with me on Monday, never did.

I really wanted to go look at this vehicle but once I'd seen that it had been in an accident, I messaged the dealer. I asked them if the knew any details on the vehicles history. They were very short with me and didn't give any further info. I went elsewhere.

Car we went to see was not in great shape, but we bought another vehicle. It appears in good shape, but it has a rear brake light out and needs windshield wipers. Not sure if the car was serviced as there was no service sticker. So other than those things, we are happy with the vehicle we did purchase.

They were attentive by text to the need of the car. The day I was on my way there to test drive and potentially purchase car, Jim text me to day it was just sold. We did think it was strange he didn't attempt to try to sell me another car, or just ask me to still come look at the inventory, so we went elsewhere to look.

Just arrived from Europe, it was my first experience buying a car in the US. I visited a few car dealers in the region, but none inspired me more confidence than "Selective Imports". Sam has been very patient and professional with regards to my concerns and finance requirements. He even took care for some issues that I noticed after purchasing the car. I'm very surprised to read some of the bad comments, it is not the experience I had. I fully recommend !

Car had more imperfections than shown and noted. Inside back side panels are peeling. Actuators in doors do not work. The door handle cover that goes over the key hole was missing. Minor cosmetics that you do not see in pic.

Prices are good, sales person is cool and funny. Not many sales persons out there like him. Only thing is they don't fill up tanks, good luck if your car is at least half wa my filled, mine was almost on E.

I called to make an offer, and the guy that picked up was pretty rude and obviously annoyed that I made an offer slightly below what was listed. He wouldn't even discuss trade-in values or the condition of the car once I mentioned I'd like a better deal.
