We called and talked to two different ppl. Truck still wasn’t ready and took 45 mins just to be able to look at it. The dealership felt more like a high school cafeteria then a business. It’s just a corporate place with the employees having to rattle off a bunch of crap you don’t want to listen to.

They called me and I had a pleasant conversation with the salesperson. I did not purchase the vehicle, but the customer service was very good.

Didn't buy a vehicle, but Joey was very responsive. If we ever reach an agreement on price, I'll make the 300 mile drive to by the truck.

My experience was good. After we purchased the truck there was a problem that I specifically asked about before signing papers they assured me it was taken care of. Sadly it was not, but Adam my salesman always returned my calls and texted and got the problem resolved. Thank you Adam for your excellent customer service

Didn’t like the 4 square financial option! About $6500 his in there somewhere? Bout same truck $2,000 less and payments on same time were $80 a month less for 84 months ? Lot of money going somewhere and I would of been paying for it! Salesman was great though.

Not good...I put a deposit down so they would hold the used vehicle until I was able to test drive it...Since I am a truck driver and out of town for weeks at a time it appeared they were willing to do business with me...Until I showed up at their dealership just to find out they sent it off to auction days prior without even calling me or refunding my deposit....My guess is if I didn't show up in person I may still be waiting for it. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS

Drove 7 hours to pick up car. Was told the car was in mint condition, no dents, scratches or tears. Wrong, car had around 20 dents on the hood, drivers quarter and deck lid. Talk about upsetting! They talked me into waiting for their dent guy to come in and fix it and they guaranteed he would get everything out and would look good as new. Dent guy lives 2 1/2 hours away. Turns out they were dents from acorns and this guy was incredible, he got them all out and there was no way you could find where they were. I ended up going through with the purchase, but my in and out trip turned out to be a 23 hour day for me. I would not buy from again, they lost my trust. The dent guy Rudy, was the one to save the deal.

I gave one star because they did respond, but then again that was just in order to waste my time. They are dishonest, unprofessional and completely unwilling to negotiate. I told them exactly what I needed in email and they still insisted I waste a couple of hours on my day off to come down and negotiate. Did not happen, they were trying to throw me in the thing without even letting me talk to them about anything. Hope no one buys a car from here because I assure you, you got ripped off!

Danielle the internet person, Amanda our wonderful patient salesperson and Braden in service were wonderful. The sales manager never even came over and introduced himself or congratulated us for our new purchase. The finance guy was upset due to us not wanting to buy any backend products and tried to get me for a higher rate even though we have perfect credit. He never shook our hand or anything. Besides those two managers the experience was great.

Raised the price of the car $1500.00 after talking to me for three days so they could drop the price $500.00 and call it deal. Hard to work with someone you can't trust.

The only disappointment I experienced once the negotiation posturing concluded, was the fact the $18,900 vehicle I purchased was not detailed and cleaned, before it was delivered to my home.

Everyone was nice. Gerard is the man to see. Hes super easy to work with. No pressure. Also after purchasing I found a few things wrong with the car I hadnt noticed prior. They are going to fix it. Makes me feel better about my purchase.

The original posting was for ~31k marked down from ~38k for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, they had 3 on the lot at that price which was a great deal and in line with other similar deals but the lowest. I inquired about the vehicle and they sent me a quote for the same price as the listing. I made plans to travel and checked the site before leaving and saw they marked it up to ~38k and said it was marked down from ~45k. This change made it no longer a great or even good deal.

High pressure sales. Won't take no for an answer. I asked for only e- mail contact. They called me at home repeatedly. When I arrived there, I was told that the car I had been looking at had just been sold, but they offered to show me others...

Unfortunately did not purchase this vehicle. My visit with there salesman Franco Farivar was very pleasant. Be warned, Oakridge turnpike is a speed trap, Tennessee Highway Patrol aggressively patrols this road seeking out non locals who are not likely to contest citations.

Dodge trucks are pretty much the same but dealing with a professional sales team made the sale. When the used truck I was looking for was not on site, the team went shopping and made it happen.

I was told the vehicle had some rust and was going to the auction. He implied I should not drive over 100 miles to see this vehicle.

Txt 5 ministers before I left do drive 45 minutes to look at this car to make sure it was there. Sales person told me it was. Drove all the way up there and when I get there I got 2 different stories from sales manager. 1st one was it was on a 2 day test drive, then 2nd one was he told me they went it to auction earlier that day. BUT they did have some other jeeps I could look at. They 100% brought me up there to try and sell me another jeep knowing the one I had talked to them about wasn't there. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, LYING Dealership!!!!

Over priced vehicles found 5 at a more r3asonable price

Asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me, their vehicle was way over priced and we had already purchased elsewhere but still got email after email. Finally just unsubscribed. Hope that works!

I did not purchase from this dealer. They gave me an offer of $3500 for two trade ins a Lincoln Navigator and Dodge Charger. ( I ended up trading in JUST the navigator for $8500) they also continued to call me day after day even after I ask them to stop calling.

They were quick to let me know what was going on, good for future use!

From one message to them, I was contacted and emailed by SEVERAL employees--instead of just one of them answering me. I asked for pictures that I never received and was told a wrong price ($1500 from Ashley) over the phone--and was even told the Taurus was sold at auction by two different people. Last, Jonathan told me $2500 bur that they were wiling to accept $2000 which was still $500 over the orignal price quoted. I believe they should have honored $1500--and I have cash in hand.

Typically stuff that gives a dealership a bad rap. They had a vehicle on the lot and I set an appointment up to test drive. Drove the 20 miles out with the family; I was early so texted but salesman never replied. Learned that the reason was they didn't actually have the car on the lot as of that morning - even though he had confirmed the appointment earlier in the day. So instead another salesman tries to put me in a brand new car. Disappointed but not surprised. Waste of my time when a phone call or text would have sufficed.
