Salesperson communication on their 2018 Lexus GS350 was sufficient. The price listed was higher than the current market, so an offer was submitted but was not accepted. Later, I noticed some damage on the car, which was not shown clearly in the pictures and was only visible after a video walkaround. unfortunately, this car will not work for me. thanks

After initially contacting I tried repeatedly to make an appointment to get in to test drive. Received one response then never received another one. Even drove by the place on the weekend when it was closed and the car wasn’t there then during the weekday it was there so I’m assuming they take the cars home to drive and put miles on. Either way I won’t deal with them for how they treated me.

Great car. They worked with me on the price and even gave me a fair price on my trade in. The only issue is the were not open at the stated hours. We waited for over an hour for someone to arrive.
