Very nice and helpful.

They were quick to respond and eager to help me buy a car. I did not choose to purchase a car with them simply because they were pushing me to submit an application for a vehicle I hadn’t seen and I wasn’t sure I wanted. I asked if it would impact my credit score to submit the application and was told I didn’t need to worry about it because I would be guaranteed financing, which is great- except I wasn’t sure I wanted that particular vehicle from that dealership so I most definitely did not want a hard inquiry on my credit for a vehicle I knew nothing about.

They are friendly and contacted me via email. I have an appointment for a test drive this Saturday!

My wife and I drove and purchased the vehicle. I feel that we were treated fairly. The transaction went smoothly. We worked with Bill. Bill went along on the test drive, which would not have been my preference, but I didn't ask him not to. He was friendly at all times and never pushy.

We set up an appointment with them to buy a car, we drove a hour to the dealership and got there way early. When we got there they said it sold 20 minutes ago. Then they texted us after we left reminding us we had a appointment when they already told us they sold it. We where counting on getting the car and it was very bad business. Would not recommend dealing with them as they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Dealer contacted me 3 days after I asked if the vehicle had a Navigation system.

Only four stars cause i didnt purchase but they was very polite and timely. If they wver yad a car i was intrested in i would definitely use them

Going to see truck today, we'l'l see how this goes. Dealer returned call and got information on the truck as requested. Update on my review, we got there, worked out a good deal on the truck. After having the truck for almost a week, it turned out to be a better deal than I thought. Very happy with the truck, the folks at Seattle Motor sports were great. I consummated an offer, a little negotiating, and out the door with a smile. They were very upfront with the history and condition, all this may change my opinion of used car dealers.

Didn't buy the car but very satisfied with dealership

Initial phone contact with salesman was far from what is expected of a professional person. Did not project the type of person or dealership I would purchase from. Poor attitude and this put me on guard as suspect of the type of service I could expect. The last comment this salesman said to me is that he was glad I would not be visiting their business. I was later contacted by another very pleasant individual who apologized and asked me to reconsider but I elected not to do business with this company.

Made a real effort. Just didn't have the right vehicle
