I was very excited about coming out and purchasing this 2014 Ford flex contacted my banker. They said the money wouldn’t be a problem.. however he came back and said that you guys are asking over $2000 above the book price and that isn’t very transparent to me so I will look elsewhere

Vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. The price was fairly good!!! The communication from the representative was outstanding. So you asked the question or why I didn’t purchase the vehicle. I had to put everything on hold after a consultation with my doctor that I was most likely fixing to have some serious surgery. If this turns out to be the case I will have to make a major adjustment from standard shift to an automatic. If things go in my favor, then I will be back with my representative Shelby to assist me in finding the car that I need and won’t.

The worst dealership we have ever dealt with. Zero communication, we had to call numerous times and I spoke with 5 different people trying to purchase a vehicle. In the end with a sketchy non refundable $2000 deposit letter we were required to sign just to get the car checked out we felt like we were being scammed.

They would not sell me the truck after stringing me around for 5hrs. They wanted a trade instead of 16k down. They denied me the sale because they wanted to see what kind of views it would generate. Buyer beware! Worst sales manager I've ever encountered.

They responded quick to my request on car. The salesman Carlos award all my questions and was vary helpfull I decided not to purchase car at this time dealership was just to far away from home.
Received phone call within minutes of initial inquiry. When asked if the dealer would permit a third-party pre-purchase inspection, I was surprised to learn it was required for an out of state purchase from this dealer. Vehicle was inspected at a Volvo dealer and inspection was clean.
I started shopping with a pre-qualification letter, so I expected financing to be quick. After 3 days, I contacted the lender providing the pre-qual and was told no application had been submitted. I was soon offered a slightly better rate by a local credit union with whom the dealer frequently finances purchases.
At this point, I had reliable communication with Gerardo Brambilia-Chavez - both text and phone call. While at times frustrated with the pace, I tried to recognize that the sales team was also helping in-person customers.
3rd party shipping company should be better about promised delivery-arrived 3 days late. Overall, vehicle is everything we wanted and SFM was a great experience. 9/10

This dealership won’t work with cash buyers without you allowing them to add unnecessary add ons so that they can make a similar profit margin as if it was financed. They need to tread lightly when they do this as there are discrimination laws in place to protect cash buyers from these unnecessary add ons and lack of transparency. Either way they showed their true colors during the process by the way they communicated with me so it makes me believe they don’t act in good faith on other aspects of their business. I dodge a bullet by not dealing with them.

Dealer answered all my questions regarding any transaction for an out of state customer (Washington to Arizona)
All requirements seemed logical and made to protect the dealer and seller including getting an independent inspection of the vehicle then
it's sold "As is". Obviously a huge risk for a buyer miles away.
I did make an offer to buy but was told laughingly that I was far off their price.
No counter was made. No real interest in selling to an out of state buyer apparently
Sorry for that.
Later, a local friend flagged that dealer as one to watch. I have no idea but I was not taken very seriously.

I wish zero stars was an option. It's tough to overstate exactly how obnoxious this car buying attempt turned out to be. Between taking forever to reply and not listening to things I told them I didn't need, one star is generous. This outfit flatly ignored explicit statements about not wanting a service contract, anti theft device, or surface protectant, delivered the car for a pre-purchase inspection I'd canceled (cost me $214) and did everything they could to slam almost $9,000 worth of hidden fees and extras on top of the non-negotiable sticker price. They then tried to twist the conversation to say that I'd ASKED to review these items. It's especially disappointing because the car seemed fine but after a MONTH of back and forth with them with no end in site I walked on the deal. The place is a joke, if you're looking for an easy, honest, experience, look somewhere else.

They got back to my inquiries within a few minutes. I live in Lacey so I needed to make sure I had everything set up before getting there. This was the fastest I’ve been in and out of a dealership my whole life! They had my paperwork ready for me once we were done with the test drive. Ryan was a huge help from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be back here again, hopefully someday for the beautiful Aventador they have in the showroom!

I did not end up purchasing the car from Seattle Finest Motors, but working with Carlos was easy. He was detailed in all his responses and even responded to my inquiries on his day off. I would recommend considering a car from this dealership as they hold themselves to a high standard and want to earn your business.
I had contacted this dealer about a 2016 C7 Corvette with Z51 and manual transmission. Price was competitive and so was the mileage. I
found it here and started the transaction. Jose Frausto the salesman sends me a quote which ha $799 added for theft transfer and then $2199
for Cal Tex, I asked what the Cal Tex was and he said ceramic coating. My local Chevy dealer said they could get it done for $800 the price to
a customer and this was clearly a scam. I was angry when dealers pull these stunts for jacking up the price plus tax on top of all of this. He
wrote me back an hour later saying the GM had removed those fees. I did not respond until Monday and told him I was getting prices to ship
the car to Texas, he then tells me the car we had been working on was NOT for sale. It is still listed here and it's two days later. Advise to tell
this deceiving dealer to not make any addons if you are buying.

I called the dealer to and asked for additional information about the car. I also asked about making an
appointment for a test drive. I was only speaking with a receptionist who never put me in contact with a sales
person. The car was listed at $18,995 for several days. I contacted the dealership, asked about the car, and
the price was raised to $20,995, after I showed interest. This is a dirty business.

We understand that mistakes happen, but we believe it wouldn't be fair for anyone to take advantage of such a simple error.
The got back with me fast. I set an appointment for 10 am PDT on 10/2. They confirmed the appointment. I was told it was 4 hrs away, which was past the appointment time. I contacted them and he said it was still 3 more hours. I told them I wanted to cancel my appointment and never got a response.

This was my first experience buying a car online. Although the process took a while to complete, seattle finest motors a great job of

I told Jose I was interested in purchasing the BMW 650i X drive but I wanted to see the Carfax and have it taken to the area BMW To have an inspected performed. He said he would call me back with the number so I could call them and make arrangements when he sent me the Carfax the next day. I noticed that the miles on the vehicle was 68,000 est. miles not 42,000 est. Yes miles, has listed on CarGurus

It seems that there may have been some confusion regarding the mileage of the car. The 68k number mentioned in the review actually refers to the usage of the car in kilometers, which is indicated on the right side of the Carfax page. However, if you look on the left side of the page, it shows the conversion of that number to miles, which is 42k miles. I would like to clarify that this car was previously in Canada, which is why the Carfax report shows both kilometers and mileage. you cab also do the math or google Mile to KM - 68k KM is 42k miles
The dealer went entire days between progressing through the process attempting to buy this vehicle. They generally didn’t respond to interactions, promised calls that happened hours later than they said. After 5 days of them basically wasting my time I told them I was taking my business elsewhere. I highly suggest not doing business with this company.

I bought this car, put a deposit down. After I paid $221 for an independent appraisal,
only to told by Lemon Squad that they couldn't appraise the car at the specified date
and time. Then I was told by Seattle Finest Motors that the car wouldn't start. They
were far too eager to cancel the deal and refund the money. Most dealers would bend
over backwards to make it right. Led me to believe that the car was sold to someone
else.

I was about to buy this vehicle. Everything seemed above board. Then I asked for the autocheck report because all the other cars on their website had both auto check and the Carfax reports. I get the auto check report and find out the score is 79, the vehicle was in a pretty significant accident in British Columbia. I am so glad I checked auto check. I remain skeptical and very disappointed in this dealership. If Seattle's Finest is willing to knowingly only post carfax because they know AutoCheck shows an accident, that then what else are they willing to hide. An accident isn't necessarily a dealbreaker especially if there's not significant frame damage. However, if they're willing to hide that, what other links are they willing to go to and can I trust them when they say all the brake pads and the rotors and the timing belt who knows if they didn't make those invoices up? I can't believe I almost purchased the vehicle and trusted them

Bought the car at dealer's full asking price at nearly $80K. Car leaked oil from day 1 so badly it wasn't safely drivable. Part is backordered for
months so the car collects dust in the garage. No reasonable restitution has been offered, which makes me question why buy from dealers
when private parties offer better pricing, better service history, and will usually at least have a second key and owners manual. I own several
high end vehicles, but this will be the last from this dealer.

Omar at Seattle Finest Motors was very helpful from start to finish on this purchase. Came in on his day off to finalize the deal.
I live in North Carolina and I decided to buy a Sienna from this dealership on the West Coast. I never heard of them and did not know what to expect, especially when I live so far and couldn’t even see the car in person. Man, the salesman worked hard for me! Not for a second I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I would buy another car from this dealership without a second thought. These guys are honest. They worked hard to ensure I was pleased with every aspect of my sale. Thank you so much, guys!

The dealer wasn’t too helpful, we test drove this vehicle & it started smoking after a 10minute drive. There is some damage to the exterior of the vehicle & he tried to make it seem like it was our fault. Just a bunch of shady dealers there!

They contacted me about the rover. I negotiated
a price of $20,000 which they accepted. I
emailed my divers license and was waiting for
the purchase order and information on sending
funds. I have our entire conversation
documented in email. The offer acceptance took
place Saturday morning. Saturday night I
recieved a phone call from Alex saying they sold
the rover to someone else that evening. They are
dishonest and I would never do business with
them ever for any reason. We had a deal in
writing yet they sold the vehicle to someone
else. I feel though I dodged a bullet though as if
this is their business practice then what may
have been wrong with the vehicle after I bought
it?

So far so good! Justin is very tolerable as a saleman. Didn't feel pressured or bullied. He went over my entire contract with me. Very transparent and no bull. Worked with me to get my family a car. As a first time buyer I was very cautious, but it turned out to be a good experience.

While they were very attentive and professional. The pricing on the vehicle I was looking at was way over blue book value and any other pricing guide I could find. Just do your research or over pay for the name.
The beginning of my experience wasn't the greatest. The salesperson either didn't believe I was serious about purchasing the vehicle or didn't really want to sale it to me! It should've be a rather simple interaction, since I already had my own financing through my credit union. However, it started to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had! What I will say at the end, Alex somewhat made up for it by making sure my car was clean and gave me a tank of gas!

They didn’t seem very interested in showing me the car, I asked for a video of the car running as I live 200 miles away and wanted to make sure everything was good. They didn’t send me a video and said I should pay someone to come take a look at it before I drive that far. I appreciate the advice but the lack of helpfulness with the video and some more pictures really frustrated me.

They didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock. They searched all over and were able to find one that matched my specifications perfectly. Then they took care of all the paperwork and financing and made it very easy for me.
I purchased a Range Rover Sport. Great buying experience. Worked with Alex who was very responsive to all my request. They took care of all the items I identified about the car and added a few bonuses. Dealership was pretty firm on their price. Transaction was quick and seamless. They did not try to pressure me to buy any of their upsell products.

Went to check a Lexus GX470, up for sale.
The car had absolutely no maintenance records. Canada imported.
The Carfax showed only tabs and emissions, that is all they got on a 2004 vehicle with 126k. They assured me that the battery and timing belt was replaced, by their mechanic. Yes, and tires replaced too, cheapest possible tires, wrapped on a freshly can spray painted rims.
Carfax showed accident free. The dashboard was resprayed in black, it looks like it had the airbag deployed and repaired, and nobody even worried about replacing it.
You could even see cracks and filler under the paint. There was even black paint over pray on A pillars. The undercarriage of the car was sprayed in black too, along with wheel wells, to cover rust and make it look "fresh".
Overpriced, no maintenance - wrecked car, being sold as a hot deal. "It's going to sell in less than a week" assured me the confident sales guy, because it's a high demand model, in a black with grey interior.
Guys, Don't buy no maintenance record trash, from sketchy dealerships.
I feel sorry for the person who will buy this '04 Lexus GX listed for 14.999 with 126k

IT was a great experience. Feras Abou-Zaki was kind, patient and considerate. He made sure my check-list was handled and I left with a full tank of gas. I would recommend Seattle Finest Motors.

they never answered my questions, and i used two names and emails, to
try again , no response as to why the car was priced so high compared to
others. after I said I had cash and wanted to come look Friday. I never
said I was not willing to pay XXX, but when my fiance asked they
responded with a price, that they would take, I am female and had the
cash and was paying for it, and they never responded, I see the sales
persons, 2, their names are of a country that dislike females. I never
would have thought such a thing, until I saw the total disregard for my
questions and emails, through CL, sites, and messages. SO I feel as
thought they didn't take me seriously, only ONE email back asking what
time I would be coming, when I asked real questions before the long
drive to purchase vehicle, no reply. I own My own Mortgage Company,
and I would never do business this way. this car has been for sale a very
long time, because it about 3k over what people are willing to pay, no
counter offer was ever discussed. I had cash to buy. thank you (I got this
email from CarGurus in my inbox to rate this) , I would never do this on
my own but very upset we took a day off to see it and purchase, 2 hour
drive) no reply.

Total waste of time. Funny to listen to a salesman who truly has no clue about what condition their inventory is even like. They tell you that they take pics at a certain location to give "great" detail pics, but apparently never open doors.... This thing must have been in a mid bath or flood of some sort....
All I had was a really good laugh on my hour drive home.
Terrible, just terrible....

I purchased a vehicle here and had it shipped to another sate. This dealer went above and beyond what was required to make my sale go smoothly. Great communication kept me confident throughout the entire process.

The vehicle I bought was a really
fine SUV but I had a few issues
with the purchase. They are as
listed:
1. My son who found and first
talked with the salesman was told
the vehicle had a few options that
it did not. Specifically: heated
rear seats and premium sound.
This did not impact my
satisfaction with the vehicle as it
really was in pristine condition.
2. When I took possession of the
vehicle and got it home to my
sons house we discovered it had
no front seat floor mats. This
meant we had to drive 20 miles
back to the dealership to get
some. The mats we got were not
for the vehicle I bought and we
had to cut them to fit. They
looked like crap then and did not
remain in place on the Velcro
holders so I had to order new
ones at a cost of $110.
3. We were told that there was 2
key fobs for the vehicle and when
we took delivery there was only
one. We contacted the dealership
immediately about this and were
told "we will see what we can
do". After 2 days we were told
that another key fob for the
vehicle was not available. This is
a huge concern for me as I live in
Montana where there is no BMW
dealership. If I lose the one key
fob my vehicle will become
undrivable and my only recourse
would be to have it transported to
the nearest BMW dealership in
Idaho. A distance of 166 miles
and buy a new fob and have it
scanned in. This would cost me in
excess of $2000. My plan is to
drive down there and have it
done premptivley when I have the
time. The cost of doing this is
close to $1000. If I had not
already spent $270 on airfare to
Seattle this oversight on the
dealerships part would have been
a deal breaker for me.
3. The vehicle I bought was
bought at auction in Canada and
imported into the U S. I knew this
before I closed the deal and
asked the salesman if there
would be any issues as far as title
and registration. The answer was
an emphatic no. When I closed
the deal I asked for the title to be
sent to the DMV in my home
county as is required by Montana
law when there is a bank lien on
the vehicle. I was told the title
would be sent that afternoon. I
went down to the DMV a total of
4 times between 9/30 and 10/13.
I finally contacted the dealership
on 10/7 and asked if the title had
been sent. To their credit they
responded quickly and told me
the "title was being FedExed
overnight to be there in Thurs.
10/8. I went in (again) on Fri 10/9
to register the vehicle. I was told
that no title was there. I
immediately contacted the
dealership and he assured me the
"title" was sent. After an hour or
so I contacted him again and
asked him to track the FedEx
delivery so I knew where it went.
He immediately sent me a pic of
the FedEx reciept which showed
it was delivered and signed for on
10/8. By this time the DMV was
closed for the 3 day weekend so I
had to wait until Tues. 10/13 to go
down (again) to the DMV to
register the vehicle. This I do but
again they say "no title has come
in". I show them the signed
FedEx reciept and this sets them
scurrying around and at last they
find the "title". The reason I have
enclosed title in quotation marks
is I found out that any vehicle
imported into the U.S. does not
HAVE a title until the first person
who buys it registers it. That is
why the local DMV had such a
hard time locating it. They had
never seen anything like it and
put it in a file where only one
person knew where it was.
Granted this is as much a fault of
the DMV as the dealership but I
had SPECIFICALLY asked the
salesman if there would be ANY
title issues. He could have told
me at that time the fact that this
would be a first time U S title
application. I could have then
warned the local DMV of the
special circumstance of this "title"
and it would not have been lost in
the morass which is the DMV. In
addition I had to have Law
Enforcement do a visual
inspection of the vehicle to sign
off on a form in order to register
it. This was no great hassle as the
DMV and Law Enforcement are in
the same building in my county
but I was told this inspection
should have been done at the
Port of Entry when it was
imported. I suspect this was done
but the paperwork which stated it
was done was not sent with the
vehicle paperwork sent to my
DMV. Otherwise all the paperwork
was correct, complete, and in
order. It just took me 15 days,
several trips to the DMV (which
everyone knows is not high on
anyone's fun list), and the
beginnings of an ulcer to register
my new vehicle.
