Upon leaving an email I was contacted the following day by email and ask him if they would drop the price because I'd seen one with less miles. The sales manager was very considerate and lowered the price for my liking ..thank you. Seattle Auto Haus I am considering purchasing from you.

Adam is great to work with. He will go out of his way to make the deal
happen. If they have a the type of vehicle your looking for get a hold
of him. You will be glad you did. Not some high pressure salesman,
just someone who wants to sell you a vehicle that you will be happy
with.
The salesman (Adam) was cordial upon our first meeting. I got a quick look at the vehicle, as it was starting to rain and I had time constraints.
We agreed to meet again the following week. My first glance at the vehicle was that while it looked okay, there were some issues. The car
hadn't been detailed, so it was pretty dirty on the inside. On my second visit and test drive, I noted that there were numerous scratches in the
interior on the panels in the rear seat area, and that the headliner and sides by the tail hatch were streaked with dirt and scratches. The car
drove well, and the only thing that I noted wrong with the driveability and electrical was that the tilt feature on the steering wheel did not work. I
noted that the rear bumper was scratched up pretty good, with what appeared to be paint on part of it. While the car was decent, the price was
too high for what you were getting, and I doubt that if I had offered $3,000 less for it that they would have accepted that deal.
Adam was courteous, helpful, and kind. He knew we were coming to see a particular
van, and he had 2 others lined up and ready for us to test drive in case we wanted to
compare them. We never felt pressured or rushed. Our prearranged financing fell
through on a technicality, so he showed us to a wonderful credit union nearby that
sorted it out for us in the same day. The van we purchased is everything we wanted
and more. Adam went above and beyond to help us and made sure to let us know he
was available to help if anything did come up. We highly recommend purchasing your
next vehicle here!

Purchased a 2004 Volkswagon Jetta. It's been 1 year with this Jetta now, and I have been driving it non stop after buying it from them. I walked in wanting to buy something else at first but when they knew I had to put to so many miles every day they recommend me this car. I am very pleased with the recommendation and might trade it in later from them.

Bate and switch! They still have this vehicle listed when I had wanted to buy it. Once I secured my finances to buy it they told me it sold and they would sell me a different vehicle. More expensive vehicle. Now the vehicle they said had sold is still listed and for a thousand dollars more than before.

I received text contact shortly after initial interest. I was slightly put off when they
were asking how I would pay even before I had viewed or driven the car. I never
make a choice of payment before knowing if the car is a good fit and has what I'm
looking for. The test drive went well, and was not pushy at all. Nice car, but I'm
still looking for the right fit.

Having come out 1 hour away from our lot and 2 hours after our closing time to show you the car, we wanted to make sure that all that cost, effort and time we were trying to accommodate you by was completed properly.
