From beginning to end very cooperative, great pricing, bought a car from this
dealership. Thanks to Kent for all his help. The finance manager was initially friendly,
but his demeanor changed when I refused additional add-ons.
Kent was wonderful throughout the whole process.

Inquired about a car that they hadn’t bothered to put any information out about asking about the color of the car. Got bot responses and nothing was actually answered. If you can’t take two seconds to read my lead and take the time to actually respond to what’s submitted, you’re a lazy sales person. Taking my business elsewhere

Wonderful! The agent was so helpful and treated me with the utmost respect. I was shown
multiple vehicles, and the agent researched comparable ones at other sites as well to let me
make my most informed decision. He communicated with me in timely and helpful ways after
the visit, and I will be most likely be purchasing from him. A great experience start to finish!

This dealership tried to throw in a $3000 warranty as well as gap insurance when I specifically stated I did not want it in order to beef up their comission. They calculated to numbers, showed them to me, and then added the extras right before submitting for financing. When I caught it and told them to take the extras out, they AGAIN tried to add the warranty and gap insurance. I once again told them to remove the extras and watched the numbers extremely closing through the rest of the selling process. Please read ALL of your paperwork and stick to what you want or they will try to basically rob you. While I am very happy with my vehicle, I will not buy here again.

Armen gave me the best price without haggling by $400 dollars. I just need to wait until COVID 19 passes then I’m getting my car. Armen is great!

Was contacted by the dealer within an hour. They did have the car available that was advertised and I went over there immediately. They had the car ready and I was able to sign the papers for the lease without any hassle or pressure and was on my way with my new car in about 30 minutes. Very impressed with the professionalism of Brett Wright and Mike Martello and have already recommended them to several of my friends.

The first phone call I got was great. Sean was very personable and welcoming. He made me want to go to the dealer. When I got there my wife and I were taken care of by Troy. They were both amazing.

The initial online contact was great(the automatic returned email, pledge to serve, and offering to help, etc...), but I could not get clarification through an email follow-up of the model, make, or color of the vehicle on the same day, or the next. A couple of days later, a slew of emails and phone calls by live persons followed. But, by then, I already got the car. I gave 4 stars for the serious efforts that they've put out.
