We spoke to this dealer on the phone, I called after receiving an email and even though he was very nice, they don't want to work on numbers or deals over the phone. My husband made him an offer, said we are serious and would drive right in, but they said no. Not sure if it's because they want us to just come in or what. So that's the only reason for the 3 stars for now.

Horrible experience and typical car sales scams. They said the car was clean and waiting for us to pick up the next day. We drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. We get there and the car is being detailed. What? That was already done. It's taking an extremely long time. Something is up.They finally bring it to the delivery area and its a nice big heated area. They park it beside another car. Thats weird. Im looking it over and there is a piece of dirt they wet sanded and left a halo and knocked the tip of the dirt off so now there is a white chip. I walk to the hidden side and they tried to spray bomb the plastic handle that must of had some kind of treatment on it. The spray bomb paint separated like oil and water. They were trying to charge full MSRP for a damaged vehicle. I told them we are out of here. They tried to pull some shady crap. STAY AWAY !

The salesman was excellent, BUTthe sales manager would not work with me at all on the price of the car, THEN 2 days later the price of the car dropped by $300......UNBELIEVEABLe..... That manager lost the sale

Exchanged a few emails with their staff, eventually they asked for my price range and parameters, which I provided. I never received a response after that. I'm sure they thought I was too far below the market range for what I was looking for, but I purchased a higher model, lower miles, lower price than what they had listed.

I had called about the car and if it was available. They told me yes. I was making arrangements to come in, when I was told the vehicle was sold the day before. Next, I got a call from my buddy saying the car was still available but some one put a deposit on it.....So much lack of communication across their end, I will never even consider a car from there. Worst experience, not to mention the low ball offer they gave me for my trade in. Save your time and go somewhere better where they will treat you with some respect, and not waste your time.
