This dealer ship is very scammie. I called the dealership a day before around 4:20pm to ask about their dealer
fee and the accident on the car. The salesman didn't give me much formation on dealer fee but did let me know
about the car was history. He want to know if I was financing or cash. I told him I was not sure. I also told him I
will be driving 2 hour to come see this car. When I get to the dealership the salesman new I guess pull out a
paper to try and trick me to see financing with them. i told him my budget which was 15k and the car I wanted to
see. he then lets me know the if I don't financing with them that car that was 13,795 would be 24,795. I was upset
and disappointed that I didn't get that information before arriving. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ALL THE QUESTION

Mr. Rodney Freeland took the time to make sure that I purchased a dependable car
with great mileage.
Horrible. The dealership said that this vehicle was for sale.....but only wholesale so it was never for sale....however it's on the website. Conclusion it was never available to sale. That was the exact explanation that was explained verbatim from someone handling the internet sales. I would truly stay way from these guys1

I talked to them the day before i arrived for test drive. I drove 4 hrs to get there because i wasn't going home without a new ride. And guess what they can't find the keys so i could drive it i told them I'll be in town couple more hrs to give me a call when they find them it's been 6 days still no call. So i bought something else from somewhere else

I called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle listed on car gurus. I was told the car was available & Made an appointment to visit for a test drive. I noticed that the car had been listed on car gurus for 6 months. I received a call while I was preparing to go out for the appointment that the vehicle was in the service area & not available for a test drive. The dealer reviewed other similar vehicles that were available that day, but unfortunately I was only interested in a particular trim package & no others that they had available that day met my specifications. Even though I ended up canceling my appointment & purchasing my vehicle someplace else I wanted to rate this dealership because I felt they demonstrated a high level of professionalism & consideration for my valuable time by not having me come in when they realized they would not be able to show me exactly what I was looking for. They gave me the impression of being very honest.

The internet sales team was really good and helpful. However, twice they took my info when I was asking a more specific price question and said a salesperson would be in contact and no one ever contacted me. Felt the salespeople could have been better at reaching out as I was really interested in the vehicle. And even if the sale doesn’t work out at least it builds relationships for possible future sale.

Car wasn’t even there when I got to the dealership. Even after being told 20 minutes before that it was still available. ( tx message through app ) drove over an hour to get there.
Don’t recommend them.

Not satisfy at all. Make an appointment went to see the corvette and corvette was dirty
inside, battery don't start the battery was dead, and sale person do not know anything about

I received several phone calls and emails from someone named Sabrina saying they were very interested in my trade, could work with me, had great deals, etc. I finally called back and explained my needs. Was advised I could send pics of my trade and they’d send a credit app to complete online since I was 2 hours away. I took the time to take photos in the RAIN to get the process started. After sending, not another call, email, nothing! Maybe this person was just trying to meet some quota or maybe the manager was no longer interested. Whatever the case, don’t waste my time or at least call or email back and inform me.

DO NOT TRUST 'EM...We were ready to purchase a vehicle. Before getting to the finance manager, they kept trying to get us to sign papers without any details. We were presented an handwritten page with only our monthly payment and wanted us to sign. After sending the salesperson back 3 times stating I am not going to sign a blank statement and requested to move forward to finance mgr to go over the details, they still refused to present the details of the finances that supported the payment. They did not tell us the interest rate or nothing, only the handwritten page they wanted us to sign. After reading previous comments, I am certain they were going to change the finances on the form. Very pleased that we walked away from there.
DON'T GO to this place!

Dealership tried to sell me an automobile with a seat with mildew, bald tires, leaking back window and bad odor. At first they say it wasnt mildew then when i remained adamant about not buying, they said they would replace entire seat. Then I finally just left.

Thank you for your review Keisha. All of our retail vehicles are thoroughly inspected by our certified technicians and must pass a comprehensive list of requirements. All known issues are repaired/replaced before the vehicle is available for retail sale. On a rare occasion, a customer may be shown a vehicle designated to be sent to the auction because of their financial limitations and this vehicle would be sold as-is. However, this vehicle would still need to pass a safety inspection before it is sold. We would not sell a vehicle with bald tires, or any other known safety issue.
Terrible, Rotten, Bad experience with their online sales team. Promises made to encourage me to drive the distance to their location only to have not a single thing
promised materialize.
Total drive time wasted was over 5 hours plus the time at the dealership to be told there was no validity to the online sales reps statements - even knowing this I was
offered *nothing - not even something like a car wash... I came fully intent on purchasing this vehicle BTW - not just there to look at it...
The online gal that I dealt with kept *calling me instead of responding via text or email to give me answers and make promises (no concrete tracks that way) so if you do
decide to try and deal with them you need to get them to commit via text or email - although the way they referred to the online department I am not sure even that
would be honored.

The car itself was awesome and was exactly what we were
looking for.
However, their was a couple of issues we ran into. First off,
after going
back and forth with the sales lady "KAT" via text and phone
we agreed on
an “out the door price” with me specifically asking for the
cost to include
all fees, taxes and title fees. She advised all was included in
the price and
she verified it with the sales manager.
Next day I take a 1.5 hour trip with check in hand to look the
car over and
purchase it. So I arrived and asked for KAT or her Boss and
neither was
there. No problem, So I worked with a salesman and both
he and I did a
walk around and I did not see any dents, scratches etc and
asked him if
he had seen and surprisingly he pointed out a very small
ding on the
passenger side rear door. No big deal. So we test drive the
car and all
checks out, runs and drives perfect.
So we go to his desk to start the paper work. It was noted in
the
computer that we had agreed on an out the door price of
$22,500. Not a
good price but it was the color combo my wife wanted so I'm
not going to
fuss. So I advised the salesman that the price we had
agreed on was the
$22,500 out the door and he verified it in the computer. So I
ask him if
they would deliver the car and he advised yes. So he goes
off checking
on something or to get something signed off and comes
back saying they
would deliver the car but it would cost like $300 or
something like that. So
we go back and forth and I finally gave in and agreed to pay
half of the
delivery fee. I have had cars delivered before normally by
the salesman
them self and have never been charged a fee. Even from 5
hours away.
So that got me a little frustrated but I wasn't going to not do
the deal over
$75.00 or something like that. It was half of what they were
going to
charge to deliver the car.
So, we move on and just to verify with him I advised him that
the price we
agreed on was the OUT THE DOOR price which included all
fees and
taxes. He then advises me that the taxes were not included
in the agreed
amount. Acting like "oh, we never include taxes in the deals”
So, Now we
are at $22,500 plus $785 for taxes and another $150 for
delivery. Of
course I know this is Bull so I advised him "Well I guess
we are done
here and started to leave"
As I was sitting in my truck looking on the internet for a
possible other car
I could go look at he and the internet sales manager/buyer
for the
dealership comes up to my truck and asks what could they
do to make
the deal . So I sat there for a few mins and then decided that
I just
wanted to get the deal done and get out of there. The next
closest car
that had the 3.5 engine and color combo we wanted was in
North
Carolina. 5 hours away instead of the 1.5 hour I had already
driven. Not
to mention the same identical car with 25,000 miles less for
the same
$22,500 including TAXES and delivery "True out the door
price" and the
7yr 100K warranty. But I'm here so I just want to get the wife
the car and
get back to what I need to be doing. lol
So, I advised him if they would remove the delivery fee I
would do the
deal. So, he goes in and comes back out and said they
could do that.
They also advised the car was not certified so it would not
come with the
7yr 100K warranty. Not too big of a deal as the car was
under the
bumper to bumper warranty for another 1500 miles or so,
this would give
me time to find any issues and have them fixed at the
dealership before
reaching 36,000 miles realizing the drivetrain would still be
covered
under the 5yr 60,000 mile warranty.
So I advised him the check i had and what the rate was just
in general
discussion while he was filling in paper work. He advised
they could get
me a lower rate. Hummm, that never hurts. So they get my
info and
come back with a better rate. Wow, the rate went from like
"as an
example" 4.25% to 4.20%. WOW that will save a lot of
money. lol. Oh
well, we get the paper work done and they are scheduled to
deliver the
car the same day in the afternoon.
On my way home I receive a call from KAT (KAT was my
original sales
person and whom I had talked with before arriving to the
dealership and
also the one that provided the out the door price) and she is
now at the
dealer ship. I guess she was only off half a day. She was
calling in
regards to a text message I had sent her the day before
asking if the car
included the 7yr 100K mile warranty. I now realize she does
not know I
had been to the dealership and had already purchased the
car. So, I ask
her if the price we had agreed on included Tax, title fees etc
and she
advised Yes. I asked her if the car came with the 7yr 100K
warranty and
she advised yes that it would not be any problems to have
the dealership
certify the car so it would qualify for the warranty. I'm
thinking great she is
going to get all of this mess straightened out now. So I told
her to look out
the front window and she said ok, I said see that white
Altima out there,
she said yes, I advised I just bought it about 20 mins ago.
So she is like
Oh no I missed you yada yada yada.
I go on to explain to her what all had happened and how
unhappy I was
in regards to how all this went down. She advised me she
was going to
get with the sales manager to get it all fixed. I told her Great
and that I
looked forward to her call back. Needless to say I never
received a call
back.
So, I get home and a couple of hours later the Drivers
deliver the car. We
complete the paperwork and off they went. So, now I’m
showing my wife
her new car and noticed a Star on the windshield on the
lower portion of
the driver side window. Clearly I would not have missed
seeing that
when both myself and the salesman did a walk around and
test drive. So,
I look at it and I figured I must have missed it and I figured it
had been
repaired so it would not crack. The very next day I was
washing the car
and sure enough the windshield cracked. So with all that has
happened I
just said screw it and had a windshield put in it. $175. So in
all and all you
should be able to see for yourself how pleased I was or am
with doing
business with Scott Evans Nissan in Carrollton Ga.

advertised was not the model as listed. It was a lesser model.
