If you get Logan Rahilly. Run. The moment I informed him I would not be giving out my personal phone number yet, because I don’t want any unsolicited calls. He began to act really cold. When I asked this “sales consultant” about ANY mazda incentives or dealer add ons/ addendums the dealer might have, he told me to look on their website. Nothing is on there, He was not transparent with the price, just said “ I’ll knock $1000 off this cx-50” $1000 off what?? Logan does not listen to the customer, wish I would have went with Neil. Like others have said. Now I’m hesitant about this dealers ethics.

Overall a great experience! Neil Rosenstein, the Internet Sales Manager was very responsive and totally professional. This was a long-distance sale, to Colorado, and he totally accommodated our needs, regardless of day or time. The staff at Schwartz Mazda were fast and efficient in processing the sale, and I was on my way quickly. Best car buying experience we've had.

These folks, and specifically a salesman named Neil, generated an unbelievably bad experience for me and my wife today. It was totally unprofessional and is a classic "reason used car sellers get a bad rap" example. Found the car we wanted, negotiated to a price, set a time to come get it, confirmed its availability prior to going to get it (over an hour drive) and had them pre-run a credit check to demonstrate we were serious. Everything came back good so we drove over when he said he would hold it. Got there and the car was actively being sold to another buyer. They told us the other buyer got there two hours earlier. Now, I dont fault them for going after the quick sale, but they knew they wouldn't have the car, knew we had a long drive, and didn't care enough to stop us from spending a bunch in tolls, gas, a long uber ride to watch another couple leave with the car. Just think about that... Glad we didn't get the car now, this was a real warning sign. Real cool, Schwartz.

As rude and as foul as can be. Sales manager literally crumbled up his worksheet deal 15 seconds into negotiating and tells me “we’re done here” and walks away. Sales guy wouldnt even shake my hand and goes “we’re not the red cross, we don’t give cars away for free”. Ashamed I can only rate this 1 star because this would be a huge zero from me.

Very quick and extremely professional salesperson, Jason. 5 stars for him! Manager who refused to divulge an e-price, and who refused to budge even one penny on the price, not so many stars. But, we still bought the car and were treated exceptionally well for the full- price marks we are. Highly recommend, if you don't mind paying full asking price. Just think of them as the "no-haggle-just-like-some-other-big- dealer" of Mazda dealers!

We had a great experience at Schwartz Mazda--the dealer showed us the car we were interested in (a used Honda Accord Hybrid), and we bought the car that day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership.

Great experience. Put me right in the vehicle as soon as I arrived for a test drive. I ended up buying the vehicle. After I bought it some concerns came up. The sales rep called me just for a follow yo so I told him about my concerns. They took the car in to their shop and took care of all my concerns at no charge.

The dealership was very responsive to my call. They set up a test drive right away. Although they did not have what I needed on the lot they showed me other options. The sales rep did listen to my needs and kept in touch. We did buy somewhere else due to inventory but would use this dealer again if needed.

Not a very good experience. There was no picture with the initial listing --but that's not a big deal. However I emailed with 2 questions--how many miles did the tires have on them and were there images to share? They answered neither--and the online chat was rude--when I asked about my questions he abruptly cut the chat. Rude I would say.
