Dealer very responsive, communications were excellent. I did purchase a used vehicle from them and the process was smooth and easy, no complications. I was an out of state buyer, they even picked me up at the airport. I really like their one price policy, without hidden fees, the price listed on Cargurus was the price I paid out-the-door. Of course I have to pay sales tax and registration once I drive to my home state. I would recommend Schomp Subaru without reservation.

First online sales got back to me and referred me to a fantastic salesman. I believe his name was Matteus. He spent a significant amount of
time with me and answered all of my questions. The car I asked about was under inspection for another buyer. Matt researched other
possibilities at nearby dealerships and took time to explain everything from the difference between an AWD and 4-wheel drive to what makes
a car a premium.
I will definitely use Schomp and Matt for my future Subaru purchases.

I was surprised they got right back to me on a Sunday, but I live in a different time zone and did not respond to the text I received Monday morning. I had not expected it so early in the morning and I was in a meeting at work. However the text directed me to make a deposit asap with no instructions about what that deposit would entail or a way to make the deposit I had messaged on. Sunday w my questions which the salesperson did not answer so on the whole I was pretty did disappointed

Unbelievable experience. NO pressure or obnoxious salesman. So cool and easy to shop. When I did find my car, I let the sales
person know, Yoseph Al Bouri and he took over. I drove the car and said lets do it. At no time was he pushy. Very courteous and
helpful and knew his job. Everyone in the dealership were so polite and helpful so you didn't have to wait.
I had been pre-approved, and he took some information and I signed almost everything on line. Called me when needed and always a
gentleman. He had the few things that I requested taken care of and I am a happy camper! He should be given a bonus. If I ever buy
a car again, I would immediately go to him. Also all my friends now know about where to go for a car. GREAT JOB Yoseph. You're the

I was contacted initially.
That said, I had completed my research and knew what car that I wanted. I told the rep these criteria.
The sales rep did not listen to my "must-haves", or deal breakers. So I looked...after some searching on my part, I selected a car and made an appointment for a test drive the next morning - I was coming from an hour away. I called on my drive and the rep said "sorry, that car got a 'hold' deposit last night but I figured we will find you another one" - there was not another one with my specs there! Long story short, the sales rep never offered or gave me a hold deposit when I called to set up the test drive. Not cool.

Dealer did respond to my inquiry but only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one I was inquiring about. This vehicle was held for more than the 48hrs for another customer even after I informed salesman I had cash in hand no finance needed. I was contacted more times via email text and phone call about finding me a different vehicle than I was on the original inquiry.

Saw an ad, went and bought the car within a few hours. Schomp was easy to work with. The “best price” model was interesting. I’m used to going in and negotiating but it was really smooth.

We don't buy cars all the time so this can be a little over whelming. Brandon at Schomp Subaru reached out to
me after I expressed in the vehicle. With Covid going on he drove the car to my house and let me test drive it
there. After discussing the car and the price he drive back to the dealership and got financing options for me.
After talking over the phone I decided to buy the car. One of the best car buying experiences of my life and I
feel confident that when I need a new vehicle Schomp is going to be where I start.

days later they let me know that the truck was now available, but the
online price was wrong and that I could purchase it for $2000.00
more. This is not the kind of dealer that I would do business with.

Sales person was upfront in reply that the car had major mechanical issues and they would not be selling it... but then, why advertise it? They then tried offering me another car. So, to me it was a bait and switch. Nice people, but I do not go for the bait and switch tactics.

I can only comment on the buying experiences as opposed to the car as we have only had it one week. Buying with a dealer who has a firm price as opposed to the haggling process is so much easier. The Sales guy was very professional, knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. Being Denver the risk of getting a cracked windshield is high. The dealership offered an insurance program but when we told them who the car was going to insured with the Sales person checked with his manager and said it would be covered under the policy and therefore no need to take the additional insurance the dealership was offering. To me that was very professional.

I was presented the vehicle and kept informed of its status. We are just starting to look for a new vehicle and did not purchase at this time.
The sales reps were very cooperative and cordial.
Unfortunately, the vehicle sold before I could get to the
dealership, but that was not their fault.
Genesis and Brandon were very helpful and attempted to get
the deal done.
They even took a video of the vehicle for me!
I would recommend this dealership.

This was not a friendly dealership once it
came to numbers. I was working with An
Asian salesman and she was nothing but
rude with me and my financial consultant at
my local bank. I would not recommend her
or speaking to her boss. Nothing but
haggling at this dealership when they say
they are not a haggling dealership. I don’t
recommend trading in a vehicle if you
decide to go here since they will give you
the lowest amount for your car.
Very unpleasant experience. Two different staff lied to me about a $500 deposit being refundable. I happened
to catch a manager on the phone who mentioned that no deposits are refundable, but are transferable to
another car. The salesman I dealt with ended up losing his tempera and did not seem to have any time for me
whatsoever. I was clearly not a priority despite showing serious interest.

I inquired about a Honda civic. the sales person told me on the phone it had been sold but she could sell me a similar car. the civic I,asked about is still advertised as for sale with two different price changes, even though Shoreline says they,don't negotiate. nice try on the bait and switch.

I emailed the dealer asking for their "One Price" they advertise. I listed the VIN and the link to the car on their website that I wanted the "One Price," which you would think would be extremely hard to mess up. I received a price from the sales consultant. I noticed the car had additional options that didn't appear to be included in the price, (since I have been researching all of the Subaru Forester options and they were obvious from the pictures on Shortline's website.) I call the sales consultant to confirm the price and double check before I made the drive out to see the vehicle. Total bait and switch, when I arrived and asked about the car, pointed to it and mentioned I wanted to drive it, the sales consultant informed me that the price he gave me was without the options. I showed him the emails back and forth specifically showing the VIN and his response with the "one price." I left the dealership with a bad taste and will not buy from Shortline.

They did not actually have this car for sale. The car they were selling had considerable hail damage to the point that it was being sent to auction. Apparently they decided to use a picture of a perfect car to get peoples interest and then told us that they had another Forester that just happened to be considerably more money. The "Old Bait and Switch"? I will not do business with these people.

Shortline is very accommodating to helping you make the right decision
on buying a car, not pushy at all and didn't care if a car sold that day or
not. In fact I was given a dealer plate and able to test drive for the day to
make sure this was the car for me, Absolutely Fantastic! Unfortunately we
couldn't agree on a fair price as the car was over priced very much and
they I cant get over paying a $500 Dealer handling fee on a used car. The
dealer handling fee of $500 ruined the deal for us. :( Its not a industry
standard and a little old fashioned extra cost that they try to get out of
you.............too bad.
