Love the motto: one price, one person, one hour model Nissan has! Alex provided great customer service.
Always followed and provided full transparency by sending videos of the car and was very responsive in
getting back to me with my questions. In the end I passed on the vehicle but would love to continue
working with Alex if another similar vehicle came back in stock!

Bought the car, so ok. A coupe of broken items on the car which were not called out. Not sure it would have stopped me from mbuying, but would have been better to have it called out.

Efficient process, furniture in waiting area could be nicer/newer, but the rest of the store is nice. I
wish they had my vehicle in stock (sooner) rather than in transit.

Good attention
Not real happy with experience... Sales person wasn't real helpful. Truck wasn't detailed very well, gas tank was almost empty, no follow up call to see how I liked vehicle... The cost of extra warranty protection wasn't explained thoroughly... All in all I love the truck, but the purchasing experience needs work...

Went to the dealershop to see and talk to dealer, told him I had approved finance asked for best price, manager never came out to talk, just sent salesman out same price. Sad.

I feel I got the run around as this vehicle was sold coincidentally the day I inquired about it yet the dealership ran my credit anyway instead of just saying that they sold the vehicle.

Not a fan of the way Jared tried to sell the car. tried to upsell various things and even claimed they were a state requirement, which was untrue. went elsewhere.
