I would give it zero stars if I could. I do not recommend working with Jovany (sales manager). He made me leave a deposit to reserve the car I wanted. After taking the test drive, it was clear that once you leave a deposit, the car is reserved and cannot be sold. To my surprise, he called me the next day telling me that the car was currently being discussed for sale and that there was nothing I could do.
His solution was for me to change the model or buy a more expensive car.
There is no professionalism, there is a lack of commitment and what happened was a total lack of respect.

Went in for a venza came out with another vehicle. The staff was the best part friendly and very upfront and honest.. with we could of negotiated pricing, but they did make great point as to why not. Helping guide me to a purchase and even answered some scary questions after I purchased showing there not done after you sign great jop

Avery Torres at Schomp Mazda did promptly communicate with me. Used various means of communication: called, sent a text video of
the automobile to show they still had the vehicle on the lot, and email.
The listing did accurately describe the condition of the vehicle both online and at the dealership. Arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was
clean and presentable and they already had it pulled up toward the front for a test drive.
Avery was positive, knowledgeable, personable and displayed courtesy customer service. Was willing to be patient and work with me
throughout the experience.
Great overall impress and I would whole-heartedly recommend to friends.

The dealer never intended to sell the vehicle for the price advertised. When I called them and offered to buy for that amount, they said the vehicle had some kind of chip coating and would cost approximately 800 dollars more than the price advertised. Thought cheesy schemes like this were a thing of the past.

They replayed timely and followed up as well.
First off I was sent pictures for a different mini. And was told that's all they had. Video was taken but salesman couldn't find the keys so I had pictures threw the window.
Finally I was sent a video for the right mini.I was not impressed with the salesman. Sorry but sometimes the truth hurts.

I worked with Avery and he was great., The whole experience was wonderful. They contacted me quickly after I requested interest in the vehicle. He helped me get everything done and within a few days they delivered the car to my house and signed the paperwork here.. I would definitely recommend Schomp Mazda

Was pleased with my experience. They advertise a one hour buying experience- would have given them a 5 star
if that was true, it took more like 2 and a half hours with no explanation as to why.

Nice, polite, and friendly!
I needed information quickly so that I could move on buying a vehicle while I still had a rental car to get to the dealership. Dealership responded quickly, but it took hours and then over a day to break through the automated text messages and emails to get actual info. By the time they were responding with the information we needed, they missed our window of ability to consider what they had to offer.

I saw the car several times online over the span of two or three weeks. I contacted Schomp
Mazda and made an appointment to see the car with Bego Karalik. He was great to deal
with and very knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a test drive and decided to buy it.
He had it washed so we could really look the paint over before we signed the papers. The
price was fantastic for a low mileage certified car. There were no dealer handling charges
either. This dealer does not negotiate on price and that was okay with me because I
thought the price was low. I think Schomp Mazda is a great place to buy a car because they
are honest and straightforward.

Our experience with Jake and everyone at Shortline Mazda was great! They were friendly, not pushy! No haggling, no dealer fee added! The price IS the price! Jake made a special video for me since we were out of towners and accommodated my daughter and I in every way! We also got a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission of the used vehicle we purchased, as part of the deal. Would definitely do business with them again!
