Great response. Brian Navaas (sorry Brian) was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Didn't buy the one we went for but Brian found us the perfect Santa Fe which we bought. Kudos.

Bait and switch kind of dealer. Inquired about car, received a call from a salesperson whom said he would call back later once the dealership opened, but highlighted the fact the car was available. No call, no car, no follow up. Would NEVER do business with a slimy dealership like this.

Vehicle described by Salesperson as being in excellent condition. I explained I would be driving vehicle over 1000K miles immediately after purchase, was assured that was no problem. Service records indicate it needed (as it sat) new turbo, suspension, axles, and brake pads.

Pros: They got back to me quickly and everyone was very nice! Cons: The windshield ended up having a big crack in person, but not online in the pictures, so that was very disappointing, especially since they refused to replace it. The battery was dead when I went to test drive the car, so I didn’t get to drive the actual car until a little later. I still decided to buy the car, and asked if it would be detailed by the time I came to pick it up, was told “yes, absolutely”, but it wasn’t. There were crumbs and sticky stuff in and around the cup holders, hair on all the carpeted pieces, and a dirty headliner, which was also very disappointing. By the time I got the temp. tags placed, there were 3 new deep scratches on the back of the car… again, disappointing. So 3 stars for being kind and quick response time, plus having the car that I really wanted. 2 stars for how they treated the car after I contacted them.

The 2011 tacoma I test drove needed an alignment and lots of suspension work, was told the truck is sold as is but for 21,000 you would think they would make it safe to drive . Do not go here , do not by that tacoma

Well, their first contact with me was a text message verifying that it was ok to text or send me information about the BMW. The next morning I was surprised to receive a brief video message, which I thought was really nice.... Then unfortunately for me, after I responded with my concerns, I never heard from them again, I think the car that I had been eyeing for a few months was sold from right under my nose, that is all.......

Automated, transactional experience. Dealer stuck to their high price relative to similar cars in their area. Eventually lowered the price by $1K; still about $4K above the market nationwide. No real sense of urgency to make a deal.

We submitted paperwork for the car but since we decided to not let them hold our down payment. They sold the car to someone else while requesting additional documents from me. I find that to be shady.

I like the no haggling. Alex was very easy and pleasant to work with. Only hiccup, we were told they would provide a full tank of gas and didn't. Sometimes, it's the little things that matter most!

Pictures posted on CarGurus site made the car look like it was is great condition. Upon going to the dealership and personally inspecting the body for damage scratches, there was a dent about the size of my hand on drivers side level with the side mirror. Upon looking back at the pictures on CarGurus site the dealership did not post pictures of the damage on the driver’s door which was considerable.

Since we have a large amount of inventory coming in each day, our photographers take routine photos of each vehicle, without highlighting dents and damages individually. The worst high pressure salespeople I've ever had. We had a deal made but the dealer refused to cut an extra key and fix a broken latch on the camper. I walked away because of this poor customer service.

Responded to my text. I bought the vehicle but returned it because the mechanic said it had way too much rust. The return was easy but I would have liked to take it to my mechanic BEFORE I bought it so I wouldn’t have to unwind the loan, change the insurance and wait for a refund check of my down pay. People were very nice but the process caused a lot of extra work for a vehicle I didn’t want in the end.

They were trying to sell me a 2000 ford explorer with all sorts of problems. The radiator was bone dry, oil and coolant were leaking all over the car and the leaf spring bolts for the back drivers side tire had serious rust on it. Plus there was a hole in the muffler and the car sounded like a banshe. They were firm on $2500 which used to be $4000 a month ago. I asked the salesperson on the phone why the sudden drop and she said because of "the market". Pfft lol yeah right. If this car was $800 then maybe I wouldve considered it, but this junker will sell for more than a grand. They didnt understand why I passed on it. They were nice enough, but if youre a hyundai dealership you should carry cars that are well maintained, not something thats borderline junker.

Would call me almost every day, I feel like it was too much. If I don’t answer after the 6th call that probably means I’m not interested. So please stop calling and emailing me almost every single day.

Just wanted to know if the vehicle I was interested in was available and on the list since I live a couple hours away. I received a bombardment of phone calls, emails and texts messages. I sent texts , emails and left 4 phone voice mails asking if the sales people would be a bit less aggressive and quit annoying me with follow ups. I get it your trying to sell a car but if the client asks you to stop hounding them, then you should stop.

I didn’t end up buying the car, but Justin was great. He was informative, spent time with us, listened, and made relevant suggestions. I would recommend him, and the other people at the dealership we’re very nice as well.

I called them. They had the model and trim level I was interested in. We discussed on the phone. The internet price they had listed fir the vehicle I was interested in included special incentives for military and first responders (noted in hard to find foot note) and was actually $1,000 higher for normal folks. They also said they were a 1 price shop and would not move from listed price and if I wasn’t willing to pay that I shouldn’t bother coming in. As their “actual” listed price was much higher than my research suggested was market and not feeling good about my initial experience with them, I went elsewhere. I ended up purchasing the make and model we discussed for $1,000 less than the price they gave me.
