Disappointing experience. The dealer asked too much for a 2016 LR4 with over 104,000 miles and a CARFAX-reported damage history. The report lists minor to moderate damage in 2024 affecting multiple sides of the vehicle, yet they still would not negotiate to a reasonable price. For the mileage and history, the asking price felt far too high. Buyers should review the CARFAX carefully and compare values before moving forward.”

This dealership does not help customers that do not live in the area. That is the purpose of car gurus to find what you’re looking for. Told the dealer i wanted to purchase the vehicle and could make it to drive it that coming Sat. They sold the car out from under me and didn’t blink twice. Not good customer service and treats customers like they don’t matter at all to them. All about the money and themselves.

I believe this dealer wasn’t authentic. They
said the vehicle was there, but it wasn’t on
their website. The deal seemed too good to
be true, but I was hopeful. They said I could
put $500 down to hold the vehicle for two
days until I could come look at it (said
around 11am), I responded at 12pm but
didn’t hear back about that until 5pm when
they said it was sold. Since then I have been
receiving countless emails from their
dealership, from a number of different email
addresses, trying to sell me on other
products. Along with getting calls and texts.
I’ve been blocking all these email addresses
but they just keep coming. I’ve never had
this issue with another dealership. After
doing some research I found that this is not
a super uncommon thing for some big
dealers to do.

Great communication and very helpful and at providing used car options that fit my criteria & needs!! Their customer service was excellent.
I put a deposit down to see the car first, but they still let another person come before me and buy the car. Their reasoning was that the loan I applied for didn't go through, and they assumed I had no other options. They didn't even ask, just allowed someone else to come. I could have gone to the dealership with cash for the car but they did not give me that opportunity.

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. They refuse to negotiate on vehicles that are way over book price and seem to think there pricing structure is more accurate. Extremely un-knowledgeable salesman and terrible financing options. The vehicle I was purchasing was for my son so I had no trade but they wanted me to trade in my vehicle, not sure why. Ended up going to another dealer and got a better vehicle and did it in about an hour! Would never buy anything from a Schomp affiliated dealership!!!

This means we put our best price on our vehicles right up front and never charge a dealer handling fee which can equate to as much as $1000 or more at other dealerships. Haggling or negotiating is what customers fear the most when looking for vehicles so we have eliminated this and price our vehicles with a fair market value. The rates and guidelines for financing and leasing are determined by the lenders we use and not by our dealership. Congratulations on your new vehicle.

My Schomp experience was great. The dealer ship is modern, clean, and has plenty of comfortable waiting space. The vehicle was as advertised and the sales representives were excellent. Adriyana was awesome and very helpful. My sale went relatively fast. My Honda Ridgeline was cleaned and looked great before I drove off the lot. I am very happy with my purchase and would consider Schomp again. I highly recommend them for buying new or used automobiles.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Izzy and Chad. I came in excited for the 2017 Forester
XT they had for sale, but when I noticed a few minor issues with the car (dents, scratches, and broken
A/C), their attitudes towards me became rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. I had
$6000 ready to put down in cash, and was already approved on the car. Had I been met with courtesy,
respect, and fairness when the issues arose I wouldâve been happy to discuss options. Because of their
behavior I immediately pulled my deposit and will never do business with this dealership. Be warned
when coming here. You may end up with the short end of the stick and be treated abhorrently by staff
because of it.

I had a great experience with this dealer. Since it is only a few miles from my house, I went there in person without waiting for their reply. The car was everything advertised, and I was immediately allowed a test drive long enough to allow showing it to family members for their approval. Afterward, I was able to complete the deal in less than an hour, all with one person. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I got a very prompt reply and the sales person who helped me was very good. Unfortunately this was a manual transmission and because of a knee surgery I can have to have an automatic. They are keeping an eye out for me for another car.

This dealership was very communicative and fast to respond—within half an hour of my inquiry! They brought the car to my house for a test drive and I had my mechanic check it out. The car was exactly as described and needed no repairs internally—a rarity in used car sales! Andrew, the salesman, was very helpful giving me his personal number so I could ask questions. They are a non negotiation dealership but without any immediate repairs or issues, they asked a very fair price. Highly recommend working with Schomp Honda.

Worst place ever I signed papers and drove the truck for a week they said it was safe and turned out I almost wrecked. So I notified them it wasn't safe so they inspected it there vet mechanic said the socks made it undrivable. So the Sales manager said we ain't fixing it take the keys from him immediately and tell him to get all his items out. He can find his own way home.. worst dealership ever

1. When I bought the vehicle from you I understood it was AS-IS for $5000 that
was on Dec 28th with a 48 Business Hours Guarantee return.
2. I had my independent mechanic review the car at a cost $150 to me on Dec 30th
in the morning. They indicated about $1300 of safety critical work that needed be
done and about $1100 of additional work they recommended.
3. I told your sales person and other sales manager at that time I wasn't looking to
get all $2400, but I did want the moderate oil leak at the head gasket fixed.
Schomp Honda response car was sold AS-IS.
4. I responded (while on vacation) that I would meet you all half way, which at your
cost was lower and was willing to put another $600 of my own money, if Schomp
would cover the rest. That equates probably to less than $600.
5. 10 days later you are now selling the car for $500 less, which is about the
equivalent to what I was asking for you all to do in the first place to keep this sale
from being refunded.

The representative I spoke with was very informative and answered my questions. The two cars I was interested in were not available, however. One was sold and one had a deposit on it. The only suggestion I would make would be to make sure you update the status of the cars on cargurus as they become unavailable.

Had a truck picked out. Javier took my credit card info to reserve the truck for 2 days until I could get down to their dealership. Then Javier calls me 2 days later on the day I was to come purchase the vehicle and tells me that someone from out of town had reserved it 3 days ahead of me and was flying into town to buy the truck. He apologized for the computer "glitch". This was a 20 year old Mazda truck, mind you! Very unbelievable. Not impressed by Ralph Schomp.

I had reached out to 3 dealers when looking for a replacement car. Scomp Honda was the 1st to respond, 1st to verify that their car did not fit my wish list. They also thanked me for bringing an error in the ad to their attention. If I hadn't found my wish list car, I knew I was going to head to schomp to buy a newer wish list car!

This dealership was great to work with. They were not high pressure, and willing to hold the car for me with a deposit that was refundable if things did not check out on the car. They did many repairs to the car before they sold it to us. When we drove away, I was confident that the car was in good shape. They were also efficient and quick to get us in and out. Would highly recommend them!

Honestly, they were the best dealership experience I've ever had. They were so
helpful and upfront on information and prices before I got there and I did not feel
super pressured to buy on the spot when I went in for a test drive. They gave me
plenty of room to consider if the car is right for me as I continue thinking on it.

Went to see the car and test drive - waiting to hear if the price comes down since "they don't negotiate" even though the price is higher than other similar vehicles have sold for. Haven't heard back from them yet. Spent several hours there and asked three times for the service record which I didn't receive. Overall, not a bad experience but too long sitting there with them.

Stayed in contact and was informative even though I lived far away and was not able to see the car right away.
I was contacted by a friendly and helpful salesperson from Schomp Honda very shortly after submitting my request. We discussed both new and used options. When it came to negotiations he was firm in the assertion that "one price no haggle" was the policy and their pricing was "fair market value". Unfortunately, any dealership that does not allow for price negotiation is not for me. And I did feel that the vehicle in question was priced a little high. overall a quick and pleasant exchange.

The car was listed $1,500 over "clean" fair market price. Plus it was in an accident, in which the bumper was not repaired. They are a no-haggle dealership, so they wouldn't lower the price, even though those facts were brought up to them. Plus the salesman I dealt with was back stabbing the person I spoke with on the phone by not finding him when I mentioned speaking with him first. They may be the biggest dealership in town, but they don't seem like they want to help anyone but themselves.

They sent me a link describing the vehicle that I was interested in, and it said to call if I was still interested. The information was basically the ad that I read on CarGurus, so I didn't get any new information from it. I bought a different car from a different dealer that actually contacted me by email and answered my questions.
Wonderful dealership, very clean and professional. Everyone was friendly, and they had very competitive prices. As a parent, the area to keep the kids occupied while doing paperwork was great. Salesman held the car for me and even sent a personal video of the car before I visited. Really just miles ahead of the other dealers that I had visited first. Even though I live out of state I would do business with them again.

When I first reached out with interest in the Mini they were very nice and helpful. Bryce was the first to reach out to me via email, super helpful. When I checked out the car I worked with Cruz great guy full of energy and did his best to help. My issue is they have over 80 lenders and could not get me the vehicle without a very large down payment. Also, I was sent an email due to an “update” in the system. The email congratulated me on my new Mini, unfortunately I had heard nothing from the dealership for over 24 hours before I received that email. I also put a deposit down for the car and now it will take 7-10 business days for me to get it back and it will be by check in the mail. They tried to get me to purchase a Honda, great cars but not what I want. It was greart in the beginning, but it completely fail apart at the end.

We’ve dealt with Schomp in the past and had bad experiences but thought we’d give them one more shot since it had been a few years. The experience was exactly the same this time. The car wasn’t there and no one knew where it went. The sales people were extremely pushy and even though we had made an appointment no one knew about it so we got pushed off onto someone else. Bad experience and we will never be going back.

Loved our experience with Schomp Honda for buying our used Honda Pilot. Priced right, detailed, new tires, windshield and transparent through whole process. Kelly and Kenny were great in answering all our ?'s. Food trucks were great to have there too! Highly recommend them!
I made an appointment to drive the car on Friday because the sales person had his day offf on Thursday. Before driving to the dealership I let them know via text that I was on my way. A few minutes later the sales person called me to let me know that the car was sold on Thursday. When I texted them later to let them know it would have been helpful for me to know that earlier in the day I received text with an excuse rather than an apology. Won't go there again.

I received first an e-mail and then a phone call from the dealer. We discussed what I was looking for and made an appointment for the next day. As I was looking for a car for my niece and her 7 year old daughter and she was being difficult that morning, we were late in arriving for our appointment. When we arrived the receptionist made arrangements for a sales rep to meet with us and they had the car ready for us to check out and test drive. The dealership was very modern with spacious 'pods' for us to meet with the rep, they also had a Kids area so my grand niece never got bored and fidgety. The car was as described, in fantastic condition and I purchased it for my Niece without needing to either look at another car or shop elsewhere. The price was reasonable - non haggle and I considered it to be not only fair but a bit of a bargain. The dealership was fantastic!

cover for the back of the car that comes
standard in our car was not there so we
had to go all the way back down there to
get it. They raised the price of the car by
$100 dollars because the car we wanted
in the end was not on the lot for as long
as the other cars. they called it an
inventory fee. It was upsetting because we are spending all of
this money on a car and you want to
tack on an additional $100,( It was $200,
but he took $100 off) Because the car we
we decided to buy had been on the lot
for a few months longer than this other
one. ( i know it's not a lot of money, but it
was the principle of being quoted a price
for the exact same car) That is too bad
that left a bad feeling with me because I
was enjoying the whole experience at the
dealership with its modern image, but
that brought me back to reality that we
are buying a car and we are at a
dealership. Otherwise, I drank the cool
aid, the sales people were all
professional, the environment was new
and modern with phone chargers for
every phone, comfortable customer
lounge with drinks and snacks. It was a
pleasurable experience with buying a car
that I've never experienced before.
Without those other two criticisms, they
definitely have raised the bar when it
comes to buying a car.

The car couldn't be found on the lot for over 30 min while I waited. Once located, i determined it to be a good buy, but waited until the next day to make my decision. By then it was sold to another. That was on 10/18. Curiously, as of 10/24, it's still shown available on the Cargurus.com website.

I was contacted within 12 hours of contacting Ralph Schomp by a nice a man named John Conch. We set an appointment for a look see and test drive.
I have to say he was completely courteous. I came in to see a used car, he treated me as if I were buying a $50,000 car .
I was terrified of getting a bad deal or car, the car us fantastic , they don't barter on used cars, I knew that coming in. How ever I feel I got a good deal on the car.
Overall a really low pressure, easy positive experience.
Someday I want to go out and buy a new car Ralph Schomp Honda.

Jeffrey was my sales guy after Colby was caught up with other clients. Jeffrey never pressured me and was really helpful with all my questions. This was a great buying experience. I recommend this place. Just remember it's a no haggling place. Their prices are reasonable and you have to remember the dealer still needs to make a little money as well.

All communication was great off the bat. The car search was a bit stressful and I needed consultation. I'm a biggie on strong communication and Dan King responded to my many emails and questions within a few hours which I greatly appreciated. I had a laundry-list of what I wished for and questions for clarification which he addressed happily. I definitely felt comfortable working with Dan and I have to note that everyone at Schomp Honda were friendly and I had a great experience as a customer. I was very impressed by the dealership itself. It felt open and much like the Men In Black facility (lol!). The floor plan was pretty cool and the booth areas plus TVs we worked on were very sleek. I didn't feel like I was in an office, behind closed doors, which I really liked. I definitely got the transparency feeling they were trying to ensure. Dan explained everything very well and I liked how he was professional, laid back and genuinely wanted us to be taken care of. He stayed with us until midnight to complete docs and bought us pizza, knowing we hadn't had dinner that evening yet. In the days working together, he and Schomp Honda did a lot and left a lasting positive impression. Also, I bought my vehicle during the Childrens Hospital sale and I'm very happy I did. A great purchase for a great cause with a great team! What more could I have asked for? :) I would highly recommend Dan and Schomp Honda. Thanks, guys!

used vehicles go through in price drops. Kyle was very knowledgeable of
the car we wanted and had to track it down for us when we arrived to look at
it... had several items replaced on the vehicle that were missing or needed

good to work with. I had a hard time accepting the fact that

own financing. Jason said it was to protect us and make
sure we are not terrorists. I call Crap! It doesn't protect us

I would not go back to Schomp Honda because of Jason.
