Was in talks about a truck they had for a few days over the phone. They told me it was like new, paint in perfect condition and everything worked as it should. I’m located over 2 hours away so I had to plan out a time to go check it out. Told them I’d be down that weekend. Thursday afternoon they call and say someone local was inquiring about the truck, but wasn’t there in person. Me thinking this truck is like new, decided to take the 2 hour trip as long as they would hold the truck for me if the guy did come in, I got there right before close hoping I’m going to be taking this truck him if all checks out. And nothing checked out. First thing I seen was how bad the paint was, Automatic running boards wouldn’t deploy, wipers wouldn’t work, and the sun roof wouldn’t open. Vibration on the test drive, I talked to them for about a week prior about this truck. Trying to get all the details because I wasn’t local. Turns out it was all just a waste of time.

The experience I had with this dealership was over the top ,it says I can't name names but he went out of his way 2 make this a painless transfer. The connection between the 2 of us was perfect, the dealership was spotless, I had issues with my title from my trade in and they took care of that ,more than professional. I would refer these people 2 any1 .

Kyle was my sales guy extremely nice made me feel like if I bought it or not it was my choice went over everything and answered all my questions and concerns he ran the quotes gave me my options we meet on the payment I wanted to make and afford will be making the 2 hr drive there again if I need another car

Our salesperson was Bob S. He worked with us on the car we found on
CarGurus. He checked over the car even before he called us back since we
are about 1 hour away. The sale went quick with everything taken care of
within the hour. Lastly the car is AWESOME! Beautiful, well taken care of (of
course it is 10 yrs old) and worth every penny. Thanks again Bob!
Great people and very easy to work with! They were very fair with us
and made everything hassle free and quick. After driving the car home
and running into a few small mechanical issues, they did a great job at
providing exceptional customer service in helping us pay for some of

One of the salespersons in the dealership berated me concerning the deal was trying to make with my salesperson. Otherwise the experience and vehicle were decent.

didn't tell me the transmission was worked on. but not fixed and I replaced one hinge on rear window ,because they only replaced one !!!!

Dealer allowed car to be loaned out while it was for sale. Thought they would have a particular vehicle for those purposes. As a buyer that bothers me. Just saying.
