Was slow to respond. I asked for photos on 1/17 and was told on 1/9 would get photos sent over the weekend. Photos texted Thursday 1/25. Planned to come to test drive Friday 1/26 and would be there at 5pm. Was texted at 2pm on Friday 1/26 that car would be sold at 4pm. So had contact but salesman did not respond quickly and did not address questions. This cost me the sale, as I was going to buy the vehicle based on how it looked and I verified that it had captains chairs for 2nd row. Also the dealer raised the price from original $16995 to $17995. I am less than impressed by the professionalism of this dealership, especially after the changed the price for the listing of the vehicle.

Not the greatest service. Took almost 4 hours to buy the car. Not sure about the rest, bought a warranty but it don't go in to effect for 30 days. People were nice just very slow.

I worked with Ronnie O'Kelley. I showed up to purchase one car, had paperwork all drawn up but I noticed another car when I pulled up to the lot. I asked Ronnie what we could work out on it & he had no hesitation to look into it for me even after he had worked up everything with the other car. I was able to get into a brand new car thanks to Ronnie. Great team overall, from sales, service and finance.

Dealer was to contact me after it went to the shop for inspection on Monday, and I have not heard back from him as yet. I have asked for pictures of the car because it looked like a good deal. We live in Alabama, but we have purchased two different horse trailers from out of state so us getting a car from SC is no big deal.

Will never go there again. The young lady was very nice and helpful. But I had already did a financial application with CarGurus and they did not use it and ran my credit AGAIN! Then I asked if the vehicle had been inspected and checked for fluids and routine items and I was told yes. First before leaving I noticed a tail light out and he would NOT fix it said it was AS IS after signing those documents. Then I get half way home and oil light comes on and had to stop and check it and ADD quart and a half and radiator fluids. They lied! It has not been checked over. Will never go there again!

I could not get the info I requested via text or email. They wanted me to go to the dealership. I did not fall for the lure... especially when there were comparable cars at a lower price.
