great deler ship good staff i didnt buy the vehhicle but it had nothing to do w the
dealership mainly the vehicle. if the dealership would have purchased or even split the
extend manufacturer warranty i would have purchased from them i just was able to find my
deal at another dealer, but they were willing to fully accomodate we just were not able to
make the deal that was best for me.
****on a side not classy touch with mouthwash dispensers in the restroom! I loved this *

Had immediate and responsive contact from them. Went for a test drive. The
salesperson seemed very new to the dealership and a bit aloof. Asked my name 4
times within 3 minutes and still got it wrong. Vehicle was there and as advertised.
Sales manager did come introduce himself to me and was extremely professional. May
still be reaching out to the sales manager to finalize a deal.

They all were great & showed a willingness to work with me.
However, I found a slightly better price on the same car, year, make & model, but the clincher was my favorite colored car was elsewhere. They were very, very helpful and diligent by consistently updating me. I appreciate all of the effort.

2018 for mustang EcoBoost on their page says "0 accidents reported" when I arrived to the dealership they told it has on brutal accident on front by the bumper, they made waste my time and it is misleading advertising. I would give 0 starts if available

I expressed my interest to purchase the car in cash and explained I was in town for a day to see the vehicle. The salesperson, Gerard did not return my calls and remains very unresponsive. I did receive ongoing return calls from the office person. I do not understand how the salesperson can deliver such bad service to a potential customer.

They listed this vehicle with $7999 discount, plus another $1000
fee discounted, then sent me a printed out deal sheet adding it all
back. Classic bait and switch. Have never seen anything worse
than this dealership - Iâve bought and sold over 25 cars. When I
asked why they immediately took off $4000 of it. Then said they
were giving me a deal. Stay away!

Horrible advertisement and well aware of their baiting technique to get you to either waste your time, your money or both. Advertisement had notified of price decrease down to 26,995 and then after saying they were emailing the paper work over and having finance call to discuss transfer of fund, I arrive then to have a total price of 35,281. They couldn’t figure out why I kept saying that is almost a 10g difference….. buncha flunkies trying to take you for all they can.

from the legitimate 2000 in taxes the remainder was price gauging
due to the supply chain

Warning ⚠️, this dealership advertises one price online and when you contact them the price goes up $10,000 more than the advertising price. Please carefully review the prices. They made me a give a rating.

This dealer lists a lowball price for their used cars and then adds
$2500. In dealer fees to each sale. Donât know how he ever sells a car!
I had a pretty good experience dealing with Sawgrass Infiniti. Please note that this dealer has a $1000 dealer fee, charges $750 for window tint, wheel locks and $295 for taxes. So basically add $2k to the sales price that is advertised. That being said, they gave me top dollar for my trade. Very nice dealership with an incredible inventory.
After being contacted and explaining where we were and providing an offer, a sales manager contacted me. They wanted to add an additional $6k onto the advertised price for servicing the vehicle, dealer fees, taxes, etc. I emailed the owner regarding this. He did email back, asking for who I spoke with and if he could contact me back. I replied with the information and never got another response.

The truck was listed at 30500. I expected to pay around 33000 to 34000 out the door. They added in all kinds of bs to an out the door price of 37949. They explained all the additional cost which should have been included in the list price in the first place. I will never shop there again.

They were prompt & polite, but did not answer my question. I requested a picture of the Sunroof that is was not displayed. It is mentioned in features. Before I travel a distance I needed that questions to be answered. They lost my business.

Prompt reply, easy to communicate. No pressure. Anthony was real patient with multiple email back and forth. Didn't end up buying from them since the option I was looking for was not present but it was a great offer on cpo car.

Nice dealership. Easy going sales guy, but...after being told we had full warranty, when closing the deal, the finance guy tried to sell us additional warranty saying it was only drivetrain and then sell us more unnecessary things. They almost lost the deal but we were ready to walk away. They backed down and we bought the car for a fair...not great...price but they shouldn't upsell like that. It's not nice.

The vehicle description of the vehicle was not accurate. The exterior looks
OK but the interior was in very bad condition, I was misled and drove from
Miami in order to do the transaction, anyway the only positive experience was
with the sales person which I dealt upon arrival, was very courteous and
professional, realizing that the condition of the car and the description was
far away accurate.
