Absolutely terrible experience. We settled a deal, ran my credit (which I said I was already pre-approved), and once I thought all I was doing was coming in to pay, the sales guy tells me they sold the vehicle because there was another deal on the same vehicle that beat me there. Terrible integrity. Should have listened when I was told to not do business with this dealership

They called me very quickly but the guy who talked to me talked me out of buying the truck. I told him I was concerned with being able to finance the truck and he said that I don’t sound interested in the truck, told him my credit is rough due to purchasing a house in may and he still said “yeah I don’t think you are interested in the truck” so I told him I wasn’t and he said by….. never had that experience with a car dealer before guess he was looking for a quick sale. I told the woman who called me of that experience and that I was no longer interested in it she said sorry for the experience and made a note of it.

Car was dirty with dust inside and under the hood. Mileage was

Great experience overall. The salesman was very nice and the manager too. This location was not busy and the whole process went smooth. They also don't add on stupid fees on top of the price like other dealers do.

Taking me to the car, Dealer told me they offer no guarantees as to the car working on not -- without me
paying extra. When we go to the car. I turned it on. Car engine immediately started whining and smoking.

Santa Monica Dealership has kind sales people (Guermo and Gage) and we were interested in a Crosstrek. We drove two hours to look at it and liked the car but was concerned about a ticking noise. They said they would have their service team look into it and call us back...we ended up calling them back and spoke to the sales manager and he said he spoke to the GM and they found all kinds of problems with the crosstrek and were going to wholesale it out. Week later car is still on web sites to be sold...we had a friend inquire about the car and they said it was still available. The friend even went and looked at the car and dealership made no mention of problems. I’m baffled by this behavior...so unfortunate and I cannot recommend a dealership that lies to their customers especially when they are investing in thousands of dollars on a car. I even called the dealership and asked for Guermo hoping maybe he could explain and he never called me back.
