Hidden fees added over $3,000 to the cost. Fees that my car loan officer had never heard of. Would have loved to purchase, but absolutely not willing to get screwed over.

RX was visually in great condition! The trim was faded as expected for a 2022 I guess. Interior was immaculate. I walked away from deal because they only offered one FOB/key, which wasn't listed in the add and they didn't want to supply a second one. $40k+ loss over a $200.00 FOB? There was s part they said was changed and dash error code will clear. They couldn't tell me what part. The salesman was a pleasure to deal with, but he eas limited on what he could negotiate. I bought a similar RX the following day from Lexus who gave everything I wanted for a better "out the door" deal, plus free all weather mats and drinking containers. Lol!

The car was full of smoke. After test driving the car. I asked about price. He came back with over $3,000 more than the advertised price. I looked at the price sheet and there were to items added that could not be removed. Therefore they lied about the true list price. Then wanted to charge a large fee for the paperwork. Awful experience.

They contacted me but didn't have a price or pics. Said they'd call me back when they did and I never heard
back.
Talked to dealership, Set up price and I was finding a shipper.. Even though it says shipping included. It was NOT and I
had to find my own shipper. In the process of doing that, they sold the car. SO I won't deal with them. Everyone should
read their reveiws and see how they deal with people. I do NOT recommend!
BAIT AND SWITCH!! Called and confirmed they had the vehicle and made an appointment. Drove three hours for them to text me 10 minutes before my appointment and say I could not look at the vehicle because it had “problems” come up today. But they had plenty of other trucks I could look at.
Responsive to my telephone query & provided a quote based on our discussion. Would allow me to take it to a Volkswagon dealer for a used car pre purchase inspection.
However, as a part of the quote, Sanford included a $999.00 addendum titled Hanna Advantage that included Lo Jack security, Interior leather & fabric, exterior paint coverage for 1 year. My intent was to do a Volkswagen extended "bumper to bumper" warranty so did not need this coverage. Was told that it was non-negotiable so could not cancel it. Decided not to pursue.

Dealer responded. They were high pressure, raised the price of the vehicle $1,100 when I got there, would not work with me on numbers unless I agreed to buy car. Sales manager would not speak to me even when I brought up a problem with the car. TERRIBLE experience

Questionable and not transparent paint/interior warranty (“Hanna Advantage”) which is neither advertised and included in the online price nor is it optional. You have to take it. And is not cheap. In my case it was 899$.

My experience with Sandord Imports could not have gone any smoother. I called about the vehicle I was inquiring about. Shannon verified that the vehicle was there and set an appointment for me. I had to change my appointment time, Shannon was extremely accommodating. Once I arrived to the dealership, Drew greeted me, got the key to the car and had me on a test drive in 5 minutes. Drew also had another car a year newer on-site. I asked to drive that car as well, again, I was driving it 5 minutes later. I have not purchased a car yet, but I have high hopes of making a purchase in the near future.
Fast response, great communication, accurate description of the vehicles, clean vehicles, and friendly service from Shannon and Drew!
Im very disappointed with this dealer! I called back from them but then i guess i got a signed to a sales rep. The sales rep was nice and all but never actually put interest in my purchase. Is been 7 days since i spoke to him and havent heard anything back from him or the dealer even though they already have ran my credic… worse experience! I was told finance would call me to let me know the numbers shortly and thats the last i heard. I think they want me to keep calling and keep asking for every procedure if i want that car..

OK You asked for more information. I messaged
the dealer with a specific question and a cash out
the door offer because they are about 4 to 5 hours
away from me. Their first response was when are
you coming to look at the car. Asked them to
please answer the question I sent them about an all
cash price and they came back and said oh let me
look at what you emailed us.. Then came back and
said come down and look at the car and see the
value in it . I told them I live 4 to 5 hours away so if
they couldn't get close to my all cash offer the trip
down would be pointless. They responded back we
are a no negotiation dealer so we won't even
entertain your all cash price.. Iasked why they
couldn't just say that the first time and they said I
need to come look at the car..
They then spent the next few days calling me,
texting me, and emailing me
Completely rude and would not even discuss my all
cash offer that was well in the value o0 the car..
there only response was come look wasn'..
Last week, I drove for two hours to see this car. Upon entering the dealership, we were not warmly welcomed. The dealer was impatient, rude, and displayed a terrible attitude. When I asked a question, he responded by asking if it hadn't been reviewed with me over the phone. Regardless of whether it had been, his response was inappropriate for a customer. The car was also dirty and covered in bird droppings, which could have been cleaned up before showing it to me. The dealer didn't offer to show me any other cars on the lot, which contributed to the poor customer service and my decision not to purchase the vehicle.

Dealer was friendly and helpful
This dealership wasted my time, effort and gas driving 2 hours to see this car. The vehicle was subpar at best! There were scrapes and damage all around the vehicle and they clearly denied anybody this price to me driving there with intentions on purchasing it. The tires were even mismatched. Immediately the sales manager refused to fix any issues with the cars disrepair so ended up being a complete waste.

Shannon was absolutely amazing! Would love to hire her for my company. Sales Rep (Joey) was good on introduction and showing the vehicle. Communication fell off with Joey as it was finance’s position to communicate with the buyer once we decide on the vehicle. I think Joey was at mercy of the finance rep. Finance never explained the process and it was another sales man (Drew) who took 3 minutes to explain it. It made sense once someone answered my question. The finance person (to this day I can not tell you his name) did not explain anything and you operate on your own. The finance person barely explains the paperwork when asking for your signature or initials. The finance person sits there and smiles and tries to have small talk which is annoying when you are completing paperwork.

They add a gps tracking service , that invades your privacy ,ie lowjack system as described , to all their vehicles . Very underhanded ,and by the way charge you for it . Go ahead get dupped your dime . Summary posted price comes with hidden fees, that you have no control over and will cost you money to remove.

Like the car and the price and sales person was nice enough but the catch is they have a “mandatory” GPS add on?! I don’t want to be told I must pay for an item I do not need nor want or even inquired about. The car already has its own built in GPS system. So aside from that matter if you don’t mind being forced to have a thing you do not want and having to pay and additional $1500. for said item I suppose that is your prerogative. It was not mine and that made it a very disappointing experience.

Overall a pleasant car experience. However, the car only came with one key fob, and it’s not working but only part of the time. I’ve replaced the battery three times.

Horrible experience. Talked to Ricardo & Angel all week just to drive 2 HOURS to be told the car was sold when I was about half way here. Also was never told that a deposit would be needed to hold the vehicle. Felt like my time was wasted & they didn’t care or valued me, my mom or my dads time. VERY unprofessional. I would never refer ANYONE to them

I purchased the vehicle, but lived quite a distance away. They offered to deliver it to me, which I accepted. It was supposed to be delivered to me on a Monday. I hadn't heard from anybody, so I reached at noon. An hour and a half later, my salesperson finally told me they weren't coming. Apparently, 3 people called in sick. They agreed to deliver it on Tuesday by noon. It arrived at about 1:30 and the car was filthy. It hadn't been detailed at all. The salesperson threw the keys to swearing the whole time because he had to come in and deliver the car on his day off!! Horrible treatment after the sale. Bilal, in finance, is an absolute champion though. The rest of the management team, not so much. They couldn't even be bothered to call me and apologize for not honoring their promises. Horrible, just horrible.

Beware of this dealer - their sales process is dishonest. They wouldn’t sell the car for the online price listed and said they price assumed an $1800 down payment. They also tried to charge $600 for a tracking device they installed and wouldn’t remove even though we were going to pay in cash. One other reviewer reported the same issue- I wish I listened to them
