First class Auto Dealership. The showroom is loaded with the best of the best used vehicles. As it turned out, the car that I came in to see didn't live up to my expectations, but that is not the fault of the dealership. I look forward to visiting this establishment again and hope that I find just the right car.

SD ECARS handled the entire process excellently. I have bought several vehicles online and it can often times be very frustrating. SD ECARS did everything they said they were going to do and then some. When we actually got to San Diego the transaction took approximately 30 minutes and we were on our way. The car was described perfectly and all important information was disclosed. I would highly recommend them.

Seemed like they didn't want to sell the car.made a fair offer for the amount of mileage the vehicle has and seemed that I was bothering them? Only response was "We are firm" on the price! ok moved on..probably why it's still there??? Wouldn't a car lot want to start a dialog first? ??

Advertised cars not actually available. Two cars I was interested claimed to have been sold within 24 hours after being on the market for more than 150 days.

Wasn't interested in negotiating for a car they have had since August.

Not sure how long a car deal takes, but was told the car in "in process" of being sold. Never got a call back and the car is still listed on all the internet ad sites
