Would not recommend. The listing did not disclose accident damage on both sides, which wasn’t visible in photos. We waited to be helped, then were driven 15 minutes to a hotel parking lot to see the car. The driver was watching YouTube while driving.
The car was dirty (covered in dust/leaves) despite being “recently inspected.” It had serious issues: low power steering fluid with whining, brakes going to the floor (had to pump), and rough running. Back at the dealership we saw a replaced ECM and oil on the engine.
The salesperson first dismissed concerns, then blamed a “new mechanic” and admitted no QA was done. They said they’d fix it and raise the price, then later offered to fix it only if we paid full price.
Felt very shady—we walked away.

Worst car buying experience of my life!!! Lying, dirty, rotten dealership. Bought a car from there and 5 days later I’m stranded on the side of the road needing a tow. Had my mechanic look at it only to find it’s loaded with all kinds of different repairs needed. Over $5,000 worth!! They take no responsibility whatsoever.
NEVER GO THERE!!!
None of the trucks on the lot matched the online price. Drive 45 mins for no reason. Waste of time. Salesman agreed and said they’ve been giving management a hard time about it because they catch all the slack from the customers. Will never buy a car there.

I wasn't satisfied with the dealer attitude after I paid for the vehicle when we went to pick up the the vehicle the key didn't work the dealer told us he give us discount so we can buy a key from it.the vehicle starts malfunctioning 3 days after it was purchased and I was offered no help after I reported it to the dealer.
I worried the Pruis I found on Car Gurus, rated as a "Great Deal" with just 100K miles for $6K, could be
a "lemon." However, Moe and Ailayah at Sam's Auto Sales sold me a clean, reliable car. A couple of
days after the sale and driving off, I found trouble with a headlight and an engine maintenance light, so
they agreed to make the repairs. Their dealer's fee is around $800. surprised me. When comparing my
total costs and adding their service, I found the car was still a great deal! Plus, they were thorough and
quick with the paperwork. Moe is your car man! Ailayah is awesome!

I traveled from Central Pennsylvania and purchased this car yesterday. Anthony and his staff were VERY professional and made my car
buying experience easy and ENJOYABLE. This business is the REAL DEAL and legit. You can tell they purchase vehicles as if they are
purchasing them for themselves but have their customer's best interest in mind. Can't tell you how rare that is! I highly recommend Sam's
Auto and next time I need to personally buy a vehicle, I will be looking at their site for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks Anthony! You and

Very good experience. I actually looked at 2 cars and the dealer brought both cars for me to look at from their storage yard
without question. Both cars were very clean. The dealer was very responsive and patient while I secured the funds to
purchase the vehicle.
Purchased. Ms Lopez was the first person that I spoke to at this dealership and she was able to
do all aspects of the transaction for me. It is a very small dealership, but I got the impression that
the ownership cared about people feeling they got all the information clear the first time.
We came in from quite a distance and had a bit of a time finding the driveway, so one place for
improvement is putting a âhow to get here, where to parkâ kind of link on their website. We had to
wait a bit longer than we would have preferred for the vehicle to be cleaned, but the dealership
seems to have the concept that all transactions need support, so we were kept updated on the
progress and there were no surprises.
Management provides them with work iPhones, so I was able to transmit my license images more
securely than most places. I cannot stress enough how important it was that we were able to
work end-to-end with the same person. Highly recommended.

I contacted Sam’s auto regarding 2020 Toyota Camry hybrid and a young lady, by the name of Aaliyah returned my call. We live more than 4 Hours drive time from the dealership and I asked the young lady multiple times about the car and the condition of the car and she assured me that it was all good. I told her I did not want to make the drive down to see this car unless she knew that it was in excellent condition all the way around. She asked me to put $200 deposit on the vehicle and that she would hold the vehicle for me. I did so- 2 days later my daughter and I drove down, we met her and her husband who manages the dealership and we test her of the car , and it was everything she said. We purchased the car, drove it home, no glitches, and it was worth every penny. A good deal and an excellent shopping experience. I would buy from them again and I recommend this dealership.

So I went to so many different car dealers and everyone is the same. You call, someone picks up that knows nothing about any vehicle in the inventory, you ask about the car and then they put you on hold, 20min later someone picks up the phone and ask you 10 different questions that has nothing to do with the car you are interested in. They don't know anything about anything.. they waste your time . I called Sam's it was different. Very different. I spoke to one person, Anthony answered all my questions directly, he didn't dodge any questions.. make me feel important and gave me all the information I was looking for. Like the price of the vehicle, the fees, which they don't have crazy fees like other dealerships. So I went to check out the vehicle.. for once in my life I was not catfished. And I was happy with my purchase. I recommend this dealership because shopping for car is beyond stressful so they make your experience uncomfortable with professionalism and honesty.

Sam’s Auto made my dream come true!! I purchased my dream car Mercedes Benz. I was very happy with the wonderful experience they provided me with. They answered all my questions prior to my purchase and made the process of buying my first car very easy. All the paper work was ready upon my purchase date. To top it all off, the car was vacuumed. Thank you Sam’s Auto for making it so easy on me. I definitely recommend them.
